Best place in town for gluten free food! Here I had my first chicken fried steak, which was absolutely delicious. Brisket Tacos are amazing too! Everything is gluten free and the waiters are super friendly. If you are looking for a place with gluten free food (suitable for celiacs) you should defini
My wife and I frequently visit this establishment due to her having celiac. Burgers are great and served on a very tasty homemade bun. The fried chicken is delicious. I try to order something different each time I go and haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. Service is a bit slow d
Went on a Sunday about 130, took about 10 minutes to be seated with three open tables nearby and then close to an hour for the food to arrive. Looked like they were slightly understaffed but all the people working were working hard. Could def be a 3 star rating to wait an hour for your order, but th
This restaurant is incredible! I have celiac disease and it’s very rare for me to find a restaurant that I can trust and also one that serves delicious and clean food. The menu has so many great options and everything I have tasted has been amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the ou
Great little 100% gluten free place! As someone not gluten free, I was very impressed with all their dishes - you could hardly tell there was no gluten. However, I’m knocking down a star because I did feel like their food was a bit bland when it didn’t need to be. They had great parking and a good s
As a gluten free family from a small town, it was a special treat for us to feel comfortable eating any item on the menu. The onion rings were the best I’ve ever had! Everything we tried was delicious, and we will absolutely be back next time we are in Austin. Our server was amazing and super helpfu
Great food! I had the chicken strips, brisket tacos, onion rings and deep fried mushrooms. All were excellent! I hadn't eaten deep fried mushrooms in probably 8 years (other than ones I make myself) so it was a huge treat! I can't wait to return!
It was surprisingly empty for a Friday night; the silver lining was lots of available parking spots. Service was a little slow but not bad. Food tasted good and had great value. Will be back.
Amazing food and terrific service! Super impressed with the huge array of menu options. The menu was all gluten-free and full of flavor. I LOVED the fried mushrooms and still dream about recreating them. Vibes and artwork all around were superb and I had a blast
💯 Gluten free in a dedicated Gluten free kitchen y'all. But you wouldn't know it eating their food! We've had this spot ear marked for a while and boy was it totally worth the visit. We had the Waller burger, Camaron taco, Queso & chips, wings and a couple of margaritas. Everything was delicious and
First time dining at Wilder Wood, and I will definitely be back every time I'm in the ATX area. The fact that the entire restaurant is gluten-free is amazing enough in and of itself, but the food is absolutely delicious! I had fried mushrooms and chicken fried steak for the first time in years (okay
As someone with celiac, I appreciate the peace of mind knowing this restaurant is 100% gluten free. The food was good, and they have a few dessert options to go. The bartender/host was also very friendly. One heads up - bring cash or card. Apple Pay doesn’t work here.
This was my first time dining from Wilder Wood! I got the party bowl with chicken and guacamole! Great flavors, generous helping and priced fairly. I picked up my order at 545 on a Saturday and was surprised that it wasn't busy. I have Celiac disease and really enjoyed this safe, gluten free take ou
Wilder wood is the best gluten free restaurant in Austin. I'm not gluten free but my wife is and we love this place. I've tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The waffle for Sunday brunch is particularly tasty. Lots of gluten free desserts too!
