Casita Guanajuato - Austin - Photo album

Really good. Feels like my abuelas house. Service was quick and food came out quickly. Before we knew it the food was going before we took a photo. You can't go wrong here.
Great taste! I ordered, barbacoa tacos and they were really tasty and delicious, also ordered a chorizo and egg tacos which was tasty and of a considerable size. Chicharrón taco was okay, I thought it was going to be more tasty or the chicharrón was going to be as Mexico is cooked instead of bag chi
Saw this place while going to a nearby drive through restaurant. A few days later we thought to try it out. Immediately it was clear that this was going to be a more authentic Mexican restaurant and that we had come to the right place. We both ended up ordering tacos as we weren't hungry enough to d
Fabulous service by the ladies! We’ve come several times for dinner and tried the chalupas, chimichanga, gorditas, beef steak, enchiladas. Liked everything very much! Big menu to satisfy everyone’s cravings.
Had a Huarache with chicken, pozolo and Machado with egg. Only complaint is that the egg plate was cold so they warmed it up. Will have to return to try the caldo de camarones.
Casita Guanajuato serves diner-style food rather than the familiar Tex-Mex (so maybe more like the average Mexican eats? oh the shortcomings of being a norteamericano who's spent all of two days in Mexico). If you want Tex-Mex this might not be for you. I had chilaquiles with chipotle sauce, pieces
Placed an order for pick up. Food was still hot when i got home to eat. Everything was very good and well portion tacos were stuffed and good flavor.
Have been a big fan of this spot since a coworker showed it to me, always nice and friendly service, food is always delicious, never had to wait for a table, a cut above similar options in either direction Finally tried their beef soup and it was amazing, seasoned well with very tender meat and veg
Been coming here for over a decade, a stable presence in this rapidly changing community. The ambience is no-nonsense, the staff is warm and down to earth, the food is served fresh from the kitchen, in ample quantities- all around five stars.
Went for lunch and got the beef Chili con queso enchiladas they were full of flavor the rice and beans seasoned great and the green salsa is amazing.
Low key lunch spot with great Tex Mex plates. The ladies running the front work hard and take care of you. They have tasty breakfast options as well.
Casita Guanajuato offers a variety of delicious options! I had the shredded chicken Huarache and it was delicious. Others in our party had chorimigas with the beans and papas that were amazing, too. The ambience is open, friendly, and very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking
My most favorite spot to eat at. Never seem to disappoint. Been going here for years!
Tasty salsa and creamy delicious Chile con Queso. We were here for breakfast and had the Chorizo plate and the bacon and eggs. Both were excellent. Definitely coming back.
I'm from south texas and can never find good mexican food in Austin. This place has great barbacoa! and the salsa verde is actually hot. I'd come back for sure.
The food is delicious and the Testament is that most of the Clientele is Mexican. Everything I've had here has been fresh and delicious perfectly seasoned presentation is decent. Service is mediocre but not terrible ...bathrooms are clean good parking and ultimately delicious delicious food!!!
🤩 🎯 Amazing delicious little spot! Austin does have some very flavorful restaurants. Food, drinks and service here is 💯
I’ve been ordering from here for years. Food is great. Love the enchiladas. Folks here are kind.
