Great location with very friendly environment and atmosphere! It was a very fun experience and show’s a lot of creativity. The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were also good. The staff was friendly and very outgoing and helpful. Only downside is lack of a lot of seating areas and that the floor seemed dirty. Overall so fun and definitely a great place to bring the whole family! Very kid friendly and there even was a chalkboard with little chairs for them to play with. 💯👍🏼

First time having yogurt and it was an amazing experience. Nice outdoor seating. Tables are regularly Cleaned and well maintained. A lot of options to choose from toppings.

It is clean, tasty, and over all cute. There is anvoutdoor porch with a big connect four games for kids. There is also a chalk board inside for kids to draw on an you can buy some plushies and other cool stuff There too. There is wheelchair parking. I love eating here for dessert an the workers are always nice.

Clean environment. Pretty good fro-yo. If you download their app you get $5 off your first fro-yo. There are little cups for you to taste before you buy. My only issue was that just outside the was a lady asking for money and was not good at accepting no as an answer.

I came in to Menchie's this past Sunday evening and Emily was working at the counter. She was so kind and helpful and made my yogurt night even better. It was my first time to this shop and she greeted me and told me how it worked. With covid there are extra steps and she walked me through all of this. And I really like that the toppings were put in containers for you, I think they should always do this!! Emily answered all the questions I had and was so kind the entire time. Terrific employee, I hope all of them are as great as her because this will be my yogurt stop from now on.

I went in last Thursday and the worker there I believe Chloe was her name was super nice and helped me with samples. The store was clean and she has even cleaning tables after the people who had came in before me. I had a great experience and will be back again soon.

I had a pretty awesome experience at this Menchie’s location. They had really great flavor options and toppings as well. Everything was well organized and clean which made it easy to find what I wanted. The toppings looked freshly refilled. I will definitely come back to this location especially since they have an awesome patio area with tree coverage.

Came in once again.. this time for a birthday treat for my youngest during her day long celebration.
Without hesitation the girls working the counter were happy for us and decided to go the extra effort to make sure we got a free balloon and did everything else they could do for her... with a smile and with enthusiasm.
I appreciated the extra effort and it made it the primary reason we came back this way.. you just cannot help but appreciate the service here from the young staff.

Wow, I had the peanut butter chocolate flavor...I think it was Reese's or something. I don't remember but it was so good. The prices were good too. They go by ounces so you pay for as much as you want in your cup. I'm so glad they have non-dairy options because my daughter is allergic to milk.

Very clean, which is always appreciated. Lots of different flavors to choose some, and love the vegan options. There are also pre packaged topping which is awesome with the pandemic going on!

Hailey saved my sons birthday. I made a mistake and forgot to order a sheet cake in time for Sunday. Hailey called me back after speaking with here manager and let me know they could get it done in time. She was very patient with my questions and extremely helpful in seeing of they can do the special frog picture that he has wanted for years. I hope Hailey gets the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond for our last minute request. THANK YOU!

Clean, nice service, great options. Don't be fooled by the large bowls- you can easily fit a pound of frozen yogurt in there. Lol

PLEASE KEEP THE NILLA BANANA PUDDING FLAVOR!!! Its the ONLY one we've come back to actually purchase in pints! We always come here and enjoy the yogurt bit this one really is the best one yet!

A different kind of "ice cream", but fantastic! I recommend to visit and try strawberry flavor. Don't mix them. Maximum 2 flavours together in a bowl.
