This is one of my all time top picks for a sweet cold treat to beat that Austin heat. I have driven over an hour to come get this Low Carb, low calorie, and truly delightful “ice cream”. My kids love it too!

Loved finding a diabetic friendly store in south Austin! Bonus, they have ice cream that is Keto!! They have the usual basic flavors and some unique flavors that change weekly. We got Coffee with Heath pieces, Salted Caramel, and Almond Joy! They sell KETO: bread, croissants, pastas and sugar-free
i wish i could come here every day!!! the ice cream was so incredibly good it’s hard to believe how low calorie and healthy it is. i also loved that they have a selection of great protein and low cal snacks and food in store. 10/10!!
Super yummy ice cream. I’m a big chocolate person so I was happy to get that flavor- but none of the rotating flavors appealed to me when I visited, it’d be nice to see either a greater variety of options or some more common staples added besides chocolate/vanilla.

Love this place, great ice cream for diabetics and carb counters. Flavors change daily but, Wednesdays are my favorite days to go because you get but two get one free to go packs.
Amazing little hidden gem. Daily changing flavors on top of their regular chocolate and vanilla. Dog friendly inside and out and they went above and beyond by offering a pup cup!

If you’re looming for a keto dessert place THIS IS IT! The staff is super friendly and the ice cream is bomb! Definitely give it a try! They also have a ton of different options, and frozen meals also!

Low carb ice cream, sign me up! Enjoyed this place immensely. They change their soft serve flavors daily but always have vanilla and chocolate. There are a lot of toppings that can add a bit of crunch. You can also buy various size containers of flavors they may not have the day you are there.

Pros: Love the selection, as far as healthy snack options. Such as, Quest Chips, Protein powders and bigger pints of ice cream already ready.
The updated daily flavors is a win. Smaller options are always better in selection picking. Allows to perfect the few flavors of the day.
First visit tried the pistachio flavor and loved it. Had to be 10 oz and only 4 carbs!! They said they change flavors daily. Not easy finding ice cream keto options, so I’d highly recommend. And you can buy containers to take home. I’ll definitely try this place again.
Brian, Courtney & their staff are always so friendly & welcoming! Thursday is $1 off shakes, so we are regularly there that night. Delicious ice cream and always a great selection in the freezer section.
I'm *obsessed* with D'Lites! I love that all of their flavors are gluten-free, low sugar, and low calorie. I eat it nearly every day, guilt free. I also love that they have buy 2, get 1 free on Wednesdays.

Wow! I love this place. It’s Keto heaven. They have a lot more than ice cream in the store. Which is enough by it self. But they took it a wet further, they have a bunch of keto choices. Bread, cereal, cookies, chips, etc. if you keto or not you have to check this place out!
