Finally made it to an In-N-Out joint to see what the hype was all about. The dining area was cleaner than some other fast food chains I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and moved with purpose to clean and serve the customers. My wife had me try the veggie burger and animal style fries. The burgers seemed to have been made with good quality and fresh ingredients. The fries however, even though we’d asked for them to be well done, had become soggy before reaching our table, due to the toppings…. Not a big fan of the animal style fries, but had a good experience otherwise.

Excited to have my first In & Out outside of LA in years. being based in Fl, I’ve missed it and it was amazing to finally be reunited. This Austin location was superb,service was on point and efficient. Staff was super kind and my burger was just how I remembered it, fantastic. I got the double with all the great things in it like lettuce, onion, tomato. I ordered animal fries as well but the quality of the fries felt more dry and less exciting for what I remembered but don’t let that deter from the overall experience. Maybe I just got a bad batch but the service and quality of burger was still great enough that I’ll definitely return for that. Thank you.

The burger was fine, nothing to complain about or write home about. The fries were bad, dry and way too salty. The shake was solid.

This In-N-Out is especially excellent. I visit every time I am in town and they are always friendly, quick, and the food is on point. The employees go over and above to make sure you have a great experience!!

Fast service, delicious and fresh food and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The place is very clean as well, they are continuously in the dinning area cleaning tables, floors and drink stations very impressive.

In-N-Out is my favorite Burger Chain. Always very clean stores and very friendly employees. And NOW, a huge shout-out to the employee of the store at the 3701 S. Lamar in Austin location who found my credit card 💳 and brought it to me at my table before I even knew it was missing! Wow! THANKS SO MUCH!

First time eating In-N-Out and was not let down! Food was hot, fresh, and tasted great! Not much of a wait and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Great value for the amount and quality of food that you get. I just wish there were locations on the east coast.

Heads down our top choice for hamburgers! Fresh with lettuce, tomato, and onions. (I like grilled onions...my wife prefers fresh.
We always encounter friendly staff who seem to really enjoy their job! They are also great with dairy allergies...noting it the order, notifying the line, and delivering the dairy free items in a separate tray/bag.
Highly recommend. We have never beed disappointed...except when we travel to a state that doesn't have an In-N-Out location.

Super cool that In-N-Out made it to Austin. This is my favorite location because the drive-thru is kind of like going through a little park how it winds through the property.
If you've never been to In-N-Out before there is a couple little quirky things. First of all they wrap the hamburger so half of it is sticking out. This will make sense because they ask you if you're eating in the car in which case they want to give you a tray. Honestly I don't really get it and I wish they would just put the hamburger in the bag without you having to tell them to do so...and give it to you fully wrapped like every other to go place in the world, but I guess some people like it how they do it. I will say it works pretty well if you plan on eating in your car which you probably do. But still it would just be nicer if they wrapped it up so that half of it isn't falling out in the bag.
Some other things that I would point out is the hamburgers are super thin and super fatty with a ton of salt. This must be what people like but if you have to put this much salt on any type of food it's a big red flag. The point here is I would recommend ordering a burger with two patties on it rather than two separate burgers because the patties are so thin you need two to make up a normal size burger.
The staff does always seem very hardworking and a beat and generally it is a positive experience. The decor is definitely the red and white diner style which is cute... It feels a little bit old school with a modern twist.

Definitely one of my favorite spots to have a Burger. The burgers are kept pretty simple but are super delicious.
The fries, especially the animal style fries are also amazing!
Prices are also more than fair for what you get here!

Being from California, this really hits home. We had friends that also left California and we’re now in Florida asks us to take them here for burgers. We all got animal style double doubles with animal style fries. It was so good - service was great and everything was timely. Not to mention in n out still reasonably priced. I love PTERRYS but never will I love it more than In-N-Out.
Btw, eat it in the car, it tastes better that way.

Worst fries in the fast food industry. Absolutely terrible fries and I can't stress that enough. But excellent burgers. Excellent staff and service. And a phenomenal clean, professional kitchen.

I've never had an issue with my order or the quality of the food, no other fast food chain can match their consistent high quality. Their food is fresh folks including their fries not processed with added ingredients or preservatives, eat them hot and eat them often because they are the real deal. If you prefer processed with added ingredients and/or preservatives I don't recommend them.
