Boteco, the Brazilian food truck on Barton Springs was delicious. I ordered the traditional Feijoada because it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. If Guy orders it, I will too. For the record, I’ve had Feijoada previously so I’m not just getting what he ordered. Great flavors here and the covered picnic tables between the half dozen food trucks is a great spot to eat. I’ll be back!

Brazilian here - this is an excellent choice to have a taste of home in Austin. I ordered the picanha, pastel, and coxinhas and they were all outstanding, better than most places I’ve tried in Brazil.

Nice truck with Brazilian food. Not a lot of options. Pastel was a little bit too dry. Yucca was great. And this little souse on the side - delicious. Friendly and helpful service. I will definitely will coming back.

It is a little pricey but I’ll pay it every time, food here is delicious! I love the empanada, coxinha and the garlic bread steak sandwich. Once I ordered a coke and was given a canned drink I didn’t recognize, but it was way better than a coke I trust the man who runs this truck with my life ❤️

Excellent place for either a meal or a quick snack! My favorite dish there is the fried yucca--they get it just right (crispy on the outside, soft inside). It's really hard to find a place that gets fried yucca as well as Boteco does. The sauce that comes with it is a nice added touch as well.

I think it’s my first time visiting a Brazilian food truck. Don’t see many of those around. I got the Picanha Grelhada dish and I was quite happy with it. The food is definitely unique and taste good. I’ve seen some other interesting food options on the menu that I haven’t tried anywhere else, so I’ll be back there again!

This was like going back to Brazil. The beans and rice were perfect, with a wonderful piece of picanha and a fried egg on top, awesome tomato and onion salad. It reminded me of my lunches in Brasil. The fried yucca (manjoca) was done perfectly. And nothing beats a cold Guarana to wash it down. Thank you Boteco you brought back great memories. I highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. The menu is not big, but the food is excellent. It's been a while since i've had a real 'wow' moment with a food truck. Fried Yucca excellent, as well as the steak sandwich.

First time trying Brazilian food. Ordered the Picanha Grelhada. Tasted amazing. Little pricey, but highly recommend. Brazilian music was a nice touch for the atmosphere as well.

Good stuff. Ordered the Coxinha, yuca fries, and Picanha Grelhada. The steak was cooked perfect. I thought the flavor of the rest of the side items were ok. Big fan of yuca fries, can’t go wrong there, especially the green sauce they include. You can’t leave there without getting the Coxinha. Chewy outside but tender meat on the inside with I think cheese? And again, the green sauce on the side. The staff/owner is super friendly and welcoming. Great location, hope this place stays around. Would love to see some new dishes.

The smell from the food truck got us as we were passing by the restaurant and we were glad to follow our nose and sit down for a good meal. Torresmo Com Goiabada is very cripsy and similar to the roast park sold at Chinese restaurant. Coxinha is nicely fried. Feijoada is a bit on the salty side. It's our first time trying Guarana - Brazilian soda, frizzy and fruity. The owner is very nice. He brought us a sample of the yucca fries. I'll come back for another evaluation when I am in the neighborhood.

The food is amazing. Highly recommend! I ordered the picanha grelhada and a side of coxinha. Worth every penny. It was better than picanha and coxinha I’ve had in Brasil.

Amazing brazilian food for reasonable prices. Lived the typical Feijoada and the chicken croquettes (coxinha de frango) were really nice. The added creme freche in the bottom is not very typical, but its a pleasant innovation!!
