The interior has plenty of seating, and is quite clean for a burger chain. I appreciate how they had a dedicated worker attending to the cleanliness and orderliness of the interior (organizing the drink station, cleaning off tables, etc). The cashier was super friendly, and quite cheerful. I wasn't blown away by the speed of service, but I wouldn't classify them as slow (I also wouldn't classify them as fast). They have a drive-thru, and men's and women's restrooms. If you enjoy burgers, fries, and shakes, you'll really enjoy P. Terry's.

As a former Californian, this reminds me of In N Out burgers in a good way. Simple menu, good food, good value. I ordered just one cheeseburger to go - Unfortunately it took way too long as I watched countless orders go out to the drive through while I was the only guy waiting at the counter for a single burger. So one star off for that. But the girl at the counter was kind and eventually fetched the burger for me. It was tasty, worth waiting for though! Comfort food that hits the spot.

Very good food. I got a cheeseburger combo. The food was hot and fresh. The only negative thing was the drive thru line was crazy slow. Not sure Wat was going on, but I gotta say it was worth the wait. Thank you.

Waited almost ten minutes at register. Only person. Meanwhile orders going out drive thru. I pay same price and expect and deserve the same speedy service.
Food and prices were awesome!!! Love those fried potatoes. Need to change brand of Iced Tea ( it has unpleasant taste.

P Terry's burgers aren't my favorite burger ever, but its one of the best and its always consistent. Employees at all locations are engaged and friendly. Free Dog treats . And the breakfast is amazing. I dont want to talk about the milkshakes because they're dangerously good

An excellent, classic burger experience. While their burgers may not be super fancy, they taste great and don't feel nearly as heavy as other fast food burger places. Definitely worth the few minutes wait while they prep your food!

The cheeseburger is the perfect size. Not crazy huge like some places. The fries are OUTA THIS WORLD🤠! Crunchy crispy and delightful. Pickles and onion with the burger on request. Great job at P Terry’s.

I love me some P Terry's. Good food, made to order, very reasonable prices. My go to Burger in Austin. Great service and the dining room is kept clean at the William Cannon location.

First time to try P. Terry’s - pretty good. Beats In-N-Out burger in my opinion - better burger, way better fries, better shakes, for about the same price. For a fast food burger place, it’s solid.

Fries were underdone when I went about 10pm Sunday night. Normally they're amazing, though, so this should be a one-off. Just double check unlike me before you drive off.

P. Terry's has great burgers and fries, I'd say the chicken burgers can be skipped unless you are looking for a giant chicken nugget on a bun. I really like their shakes of the month too, this last time we visited the had an orangescicle flavor and it was excellent. Skip the drive through and go inside even if you're just carrying out, just don't park along the drive through side of the building or you'll never get out
