Stuffed Cajun Meat Market And Specialty Food

I am from Louisiana-- my daughter's and I dined in at Stuffed's today and they are by far the absolute best we have had since relocating to the Austin area!! I have noticed several eateries throwing the Louisiana/Cajun name on their eateries out here but do not taste anything like our Louisiana foods BUT, this place "Stuffed" is the place!! We loved it ❤️ I rate Stuffed's a 10 out of 10. They exceeded our expectations. The the customer service was great and a very nice clean atmosphere.

I often Purchase Cajun sausage, pork sausage, andouille sausage, and Boudin here The sausages are all excellent and the Boudin is really good tastes as boudin should. This visit I enjoyed a plate lunch of crawfish étouffée with a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo and potato salad side all were excellent potato salad could’ve use a bit more seasoning more sweet relish

Came for lunch. Pictures are seafood gumbo, full and I do mean full of seafood. There were shrimpcrayfish oysters and some kind of white fish. Boudin balls. Phenomenal notat all greasy. Fried shrimp and blackened catfish. The food is 5 star. The dine in and parking are why I scored a little lower. We dined in which is a little off putting with people coming in and out because its super busy. But you won't complain because the food is too good to pass up. I recommend either getting it to go or getting it out the cases to take home and prep yourself. Any option is really a win. I imagine if it weren't for covid they would expand.
