In all the years we’ve been coming to Maudie’s, we’ve always had a wonderful experience! The 360 location is our favorite for outdoor sunset dining, and Francisco took wonderful care of us today. The food is delectable, fairly priced and the service is excellent, making Maudie’s dear to our hearts
Being a life long Tex-Mex enthusiast I would rate Maudie's as the best example of Tex-Mex cuisine.
I enjoyed the wonderful experience of trying the Marfa stack followed up with one of Pete's Tantalizing Taco. Full of flavor! Added extra : the refried beans actually tasted like beans!
