Review Pho Hoang - Austin

Best Pho around. The broth speaks for itself. Fast service. This place is well organized they know what it takes to be successful business. Pretty much anything you get here is probably good. We got Shrimp Pho Shrimp spring rolls. Egg rolls and combo rice. Shrimp pho unbelievable flavors. Egg rolls cooked to a perfect crisp. Shrimp Spring Rolls with the peanut sauce to die for. Finally Combo rice filled with plenty of meat cant go wrong on this plate. Looking forward to come back to try other things. But will be getting the best Pho around these parts next time around. Enjoy everyone!

This place deserves a well written review, but how can I? I’m still enjoying this delicious pho. From the menu soup #10. And the limonada is so fresh! Soup taste fresh. Add a bit of sriracha spice and you are golden. November 1 2023 after the cold morning we had this soup hits the spot. Come enjoy!

My first time having Vietnamese food and it was amazing. I got the pork pot stickers and the Vermicelli stir fry with Pork, Chicken, and Shrimp Combo. The flavor was so good. Service was on top of it. Drink was always full and food was fresh and fast. A great sign was that people were constantly coming in and out. Also, the food delivery services were nonstop. Next time I am in town, this will be a go to.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Round Rock. Good vermicelli bowls and pho. Super fast service. I generally get the vermicelli with chicken and egg rolls. So good and consistent every time I go.

Pho is pretty good. Hu tieu chay is nothing special and lack of a few ingredients but it’s not a vegi restaurant so it’s ok. The spring rolls are good, my daughter loved it. The fried ones are also good according to my daughter but I could see it overcooked Five stars minus this time

Pho Hoang Vietnamese has great flavor in their pho. I forgot which I ordered but it had some fatty pieces of meat. I’d order a different one next time. A woman stole food and so the put her on blast at the front door. I love it!! Get the passion fruit juice or one of their smoothies, they are great!

Everything we ordered was delicious! (4 of us...multiple items) Egg rolls, dumplings, soups & egg noodle & shrimp. All of it was fresh and had great flavor! We will be back!

Good quality Vietnamese food, fresh ingredients and good service.

Friendly, fast and easy service was welcoming. Kids menu is available. Their pho broth was one of the best I've tasted in a really long time. Entertainment while dining is a nice filler for silence between a mouthful. TV and music play in the background. Nothing negative happened during our experience. You can even bring the iced jello dessert home!

I've visited Pho Hoang at least 4 different occasions and each time the food did not disappoint. I've tried the Pho, Vermicelli with Charbroiled Pork and Egg rolls and pictured Crushed Rice with Charbroiled Pork. I also love how quickly the food comes out. I haven't experienced a long wait yet.

Best friendliest customer service with to go options and a family done in experience. I on the other hand had just got back from a long trip, hungering for pho, found this place with over 1000 reviews which says a lot! So I was not up to par to take pictures of this location but it is a very small hole-in-the-wall location with phenomenal customer service despite being packed to the wall with people at every table. I was seated and served within a reasonable time. They even mention for Sunday night they were extremely busy with the go orders and even more calls coming in. Went with the number 16. My only complaint would be had I known as serving size I probably would have upgraded for more meat as the meat portion was very small. The broth on the other hand was magnificent. Noodles were ok, fixings on the side ok, and they accommodated my request for extra limes. Nice touch to environment was playing a spider man movie on a flat screen TV. Tables were all kept clean in their small table to table environment and yet I never felt squashed in with people. Restrooms for men and for women, and the men's restroom was clean and well maintained. All in all a relatively nice experience, once again loved the pho. Just next time gonna request and pay extra for more meat :) The small gal with red hair and glasses took care of my order at the exit no problem. All in all a good time for a $12 dinner which is hard to find these days. :) Also pray for peace and blessings for their families. Hard working lot here which is getting harder to find these days. Note: Also shared small parking here next o chuckey cheese and a hotel so keep in mind how to gps to get to this location the back way from I35 to get to spare packing .

I’ve tried every pho place in a 20 mile radius and Pho Hoang has the best and most consistent Broth/Noods/Meat cuts. The staff is friendly and reliable and you typically will not have any wait time. Bowl of pho and an appetizer and you’ll be out the door for under $20.

This is our go to place for pho delivery, but we have been to the restaurant once. It wasn't busy when we went so service was quick and friendly. We saw lots of deliveries getting picked up while we were there. The rare steak pho is amazing. My husband also likes the crispy egg rolls and Thai iced tea.

In all honesty, I’ve tried many authentic Vietnamese pho locations all the way to Houston and this one is by far the BEST in the Austin area. The broth is always consistent, tasty and full of spices. The noodles are always cooked to perfection, the atmosphere is very warm and inviting as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the charbroiled pork plate/vermicelli bowls are also delicious… The staff is friendly and always know how to run a busy restaurant, because it gets packed on weekends.

This place was good. The pho was steaming hot, and the egg noodle dish with beef was out of this world. It was a little pricey because the menu said one price and we were charged something different but other than that it’s yummy in my tummy!

This place has an amazing pho, I have tried so many all over the place and so far the best I have had. People are so nice there too, they are very fast and has a variety of food in the menu. I’d totally recommend.

I love this place. I literally go as often as I can. Sarah is so sweet and remembers my order every time. Hands down the best broth I’ve found in the Austin area. If you haven’t gone, you’re missing out.

The steam dumplings were great and the steak meat soup was totally on point.

I've worked around the corner from this place for 2 1/2 years and not once have I ever been disappointed when coming here for lunch.

Pho Hoang has the best eggrolls in town, not to mention that I have tried a little bit of everything and always leave smiling. The staff is friendly and helpful, always a pleasure dining at this establishment.

I've had pho 9 places since moving to Austin from NY. My whole family agrees this is the best we've found. Service is friendly and shockingly fast. Even when they're very crowded you can receive your order in five minutes, not just pho, but noodle entrees as well. Great for eat in or take home.

Today I visited pho hoang on louis henna and was disrespected by one of the employees. My husband had a question about a charge on the receipt and the lady was out of nowhere rude! She struggled to explain what the charges were and I asked her could you just breakdown what each charge is so we can better understand what this charge isbecause the dish was not orordered noron the table. She snapped at me and said "stay out of this I'm not talking to you, you have nothing to do with what I'm explaining!" Mind you I am African American and my husband is Korean. What thought was she could speak to me any kind of way because she had no idea who I was before my husband put her in her place! I have never been so rudley disrepected by a restaurant employee before. I was shocked and upset because our 10 year old daughter witnessed this. This lady was new according to another employee and when asked of her to apologize by the other employee she ran off to the back kitchen. She never apologized and we left. I give this place the worst customer service ever!

Awesome every time!. The eggrolls are amazing! I get the bun with mixed grilled meat and chopped eggroll and I LOVE it! Hubby likes the flat rice noodles with a pork chop and fried egg.

The Pho here is really great and the service is great also. Have ate at several Pho restaurants and this one is in my top 3. Only down side is they don't take debit cards but have an ATM inside (only cash or checks)

Best Pho in the Austin Area. The Pho here is by far the best available in Austin - but specifically at this location. The location on Rutland uses a different recipe, so be sure to go to this one if you're craving a yummy bowl of Pho Tai. <br/><br/>I've been going here for about 5 years now, and the pricing has been the same the whole time up until about a month ago. They re-did their menu's and added about a dollar to each of the menu items. You're looking at about $6.50 for a large with the regular round beef. <br/><br/>The waitstaff is very quick at serving - you'll normally get your food within 2-3 minute of ordering, even at lunchtime. It's amazing. <br/><br/>It is cash/check only, so be sure to bring some or you'll need to pay $2.50 to their ATM + whatever your bank charges to withdraw some cash.

The pho is amazing. There are many good bowls of pho in Austin, but this is the best. The broth is redolent of bone marrow and complex spices. Yummy!<br/><br/>The bun here is not as good as Kim Phung's. For bahn mi, you're better off at Tam deli. For noodles, go to Tan Tan. Most other Vietnamese dishes will be better at La Soleil. But for pho, this is the place.

Pho Sho. This restaurant is an absolute must try! The Pho (soup) is amazing. Served piping hot and your choice of meat, tofu, veggie. I personally get the vermicelli bowl (Bun) because it is always so fresh. Broiled chicken served on a bed of fresh vermicelli, a duck sauce to glaze, pickled carrots, green onions, cucumber, lettuce, and crushed peanuts. <br/><br/>There are many rice dishes as well with well over 200 dishes on the menu. If you like appetizers, I recommend the spring or the summer rolls. Each is filled with vermicell, lettuce, and pork or shrimp, with a tasty peanut sauce for dipping. <br/><br/>The service is always fast and friendly and they have free wi-fi available. Not sure why credit cards are not available as a payment, but they take checks if you do not have cash. There is also an ATM available. <br/><br/>This restaurant is great for a lunch rush as you can be in and out in 30 minutes.

The service at Pho Hoang is fast; lightning-fast! The crew working the tables and the “back office” are pretty much intact, the same faces I’ve gotten to know over the past half-decade. Hard-working and busy, always smiling and chatting. They don’t slow down. We had a couple minutes to make our choices, though I knew exactly what I wanted: Pho Tai (No. 1), Cha Gio and water (I’d had too much caffeine already for the day). PJ asked for her favorite vermicelli bowl, containing pork and egg rolls along with all the vegetables and warm noodles. She added an order of Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon). Ms. D chose a combination fried rice, one of her favorite Chinese-style meals.
