P. Terry's Burger Stand

There was a young guy around 22 and a female around 40 and they were both phenomenal. I hope it's usually not just 2 people because that's a lot of business.. I'm visiting from Jersey so my 2nd time with P-Terrys (best fast food burgers imo) but my gf has P-Terrys all the time and she said it's the best P-Terrys burger she's had. Something about the bun idk I forget haha. Hope everyone reading this has a good life

First time ever at P Terry's and I will say this the food was serviceable and did its job, prices were excellent, and I will say wait times were great. I just feel like it was lacking in the flavor department considering that everything is made in front of you I was expecting a little bit more in terms of a first flavor. I can't blame the employees and maybe management as maybe the ingredients that are being used are standard to every location. None the less I will definitely be going back and trying out even more of the menu options

P. Terry's is the kind of burger joint you stumble upon and keep coming back to. Their burgers are just plain good – juicy, tasty, no fancy stuff. The place has that chill, kick-back vibe where you can roll in, grab a burger, and feel right at home. Quick service, smiles all around, and you won't break the bank. If you're in the mood for a classic, no-frills burger, P. Terry's is where it's at. It's burger heaven in a laid-back spot, plain and simple. The bun I had was a little bit dry, so I would get the double cheeseburger next time.

My family and I had P. Terry’s for the first time, and we were really impressed. The meat is Angus black beef, it was not a frozen patty. They made the burgers and fries to order. Our food was fresh and hot. They seasoned the burgers very well. I loved the fresh cut potatoes. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this fast food burger. The restaurant is in down town Austin’s they require a key to use the restroom, I’m guessing for paying customers only. It’s not the best place to dine in, though my family and I did. It’s definitely suited for grab and go.

We arrived in Austin on a Sunday night. The place was packed. We searched for a restaurant but they were all booked or had a long wait. We were tired so we opted P. Terry’s as to was right next to our hotel. The business was brisk, and the food smelled amazing, the menu stated that everything is brought in fresh daily, and never frozen. They make their own Pattie’s, and sides from scratch, even fresh squeezed lemonade. They even had a veggie burger! We ordered two burgers and one fry. The price was barely over $10. We stayed and ate. Clearly the place is widely popular. I will tell you the food far exceeded our expectations. Neither of us could stop talking about how fresh it was, so on our departure day, we found another location that was the last one before leaving town. We couldn’t resist so we stopped. The staff answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. They clearly loved working for this company. There are currently 27 locations, all owned by a single franchiser who just happens to be the founder. They are coming soon to San Antonio. If you haven’t been, you are really missing out on a treat!
