Roaring Fork - Austin - Photo album

Overall a pretty great restaurant the service was good and the food was cooked to perfection. The only issue I had with this place was on a note of cleanliness. A few spots here and there on the silverware, black fleck of something floating in the water that was just poured, and be careful if you d
We were just in time to catch some happy hour drinks and then have dinner. 2 of us shared a Caesar Salad, the mussels & chorizo, and the beef ribs. This turned out to be an excellent combination of flavors! Food was so delicious!
It was amazing and the staff was great! The QUESO CON PUERCO and the corn bread were great appetizers. We enjoyed the steak mushrooms, asparagus, ribye steak, and raspberry cheesecake.
OK, if you are only familiar with this place in North Austin, you have no idea how much better this place is Downtown. The shaved beef tenderloin carpacchio with onions and crispy capers was delicious!!! The aged dried steak options are so good. The 8oz filet, cooked Pittsburgh style, and medium
Fantastic meal! Good Happy Hour before with Steak Tacos, Blood Orange Margarita, and Chips & Guac, and for dinner, recommend the Pork Tenderloin. Cornbread was also tasty
Extremely friendly waiter and great food all around. Portion sizing was more than enough for a big guy like me. Will come back
I dined in at this location once and got take-out once while in Austin at a conference. We LOVED the Green Chile Pork Stew (so much that we came back to get it for take-out the next day), Bacon & Onion Brussels Sprouts, Waldorf Salad, and mango sorbet. Super delicious and pretty good prices! The s
I would add this place as a must try in Austin. The food was fantastic overall, and great ambiance. We had the spicy meatballs to start. Awesome! Super tasty and moist. We had the longbone pork chop and short ribs. The pork chop was tasty, but I won’t get it again. The ribs were super tender and tas
Our server was excellent, very friendly & efficient. Steak salad was great (we’ve had this many times) but chicken Waldorf salad was just Ok - dressing is delish, but chicken quite bland. I guess because the menu indicates “spit-roasted” chicken, expected it to be more flavorful than a plain breas
Love Roaring Fork always and forever. Impeccable service. Wonderful food and drink! Always a go to when in downtown Austin!
It was good but the steak was overdone for medium. We ordered a Martin with gray house twice and it was half full, the other couple with us had a martini and it was full. Not sure what was different tonight but not normal. I would still come back but wish for consistency!
Took my parents to Roaring Fork for their birthdays. It was our first time here, and all decided we will def be back! The ambiance is really dark and nice. I would go there for a date easily. My parents did have a really hard time reading the menu because it was pretty dark though lol. The service w
The food.was.fanTASTIC!!!! The drinks were delicious and beautiful as well. We got the beef fondue and each a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup. Not only was this the best chicken tortilla soup I've ever had, it's presentation was just stellar!!! The service was pleasant mostly, if a little stiff. T
