I was really impressed by the brisket. The ribs were good, the jalapeño sausage was good, but the brisket was the best meat. The Mac and cheese was incredible, better than Terry Black’s. Simply AMAZING. My goodness, when you think of dry rub TX bbq, this not only hold true to the name, but it also gives you some more. Brisket is unreal and juicy, the pork ribs fall of the bone, and don’t sleep on the turkey breast.
PS the Mac n Cheese is a must.

Ordered 1/2 a pound of brisket, mac & cheese, and potato salad. Starting with the brisket, it was pretty good. It didn’t have too much flavor or smokiness in my opinion but the texture was on point. The service is always friendly and in fantastic moods, they’ll even let you sample something if you’re unsure! But the star is of course the food. Brisk
We waited in line for about 30 minutes at 1 pm on a Saturday. The traditional sausage was quite spicy. The pork ribs were alright, but the beef ribs were phenomenal! The brisket was juicy, but felt quite greasy after a couple of bites. I would revisit La Barbecue just for the beef ribs!!
