Been going here for years, Bob is always good. Went for dinner with the boys couple days ago, still friendly and good service, food was delicious (little guy had pancakes and salad :>) )

We hadn't eaten here for quite some time but recently went back. Even though it was near their closing time (thanks to COVID), they welcomed us and fed us well. Manager Michael is super nice and always makes sure guests are well cared for and fed.

The food was good & the employees were very busy. It took me 35 minutes to order online, website was down. I asked for a pickup. Could not get though at pickup, waited 10 minutes then went inside for my order. I guess you were not expecting so many customers.

Ordered a simple bacon eggs and hasbrowns. Got home fries instead! Gold brown turned into yellow and burnt . When i got my hasbrowns the rest if my food was cold. Quality does not match price!

Well I wanted to take my wife( Sandy) out for breakfast, so she decided we could go to Bob Evans. We did drive down there and went in and stood there and waited to be seated. After standing there for 12 minutes and no body even acknowledged we were standing there waiting. We did want to eat there as the food is usually good. We finally just left and went on up to Frisches Big Boy and got seated right away and there were others in front of us, but we got seated within 2-3 minutes and the food there was very good. Maybe we will start going back there instead of Bob Evans from now on. Our time is valuable too. It was not a case of being over crowed either, as there was not that many cars in the lot or customers in the building at Bob Evans at that time. We were very disappointed today. I don't know when, if ever I would want to try to go to Bob Evans again at least anytime soon. Not good business at all.
