Every time I go here I am unable to get what I ordered. I’m given so many excuses!!”Were deep cleaning our cases.” “We don’t have any ice cream” My personal favorite line was “our blenders are broken”. Really?? All of your blenders?? What a joke. It’s like the people in charge of the McDonald’s ice cream machine run this store.
If you don’t have the product you shouldn’t be open for business. Wont ever be going back here. I would highly recommend anyone reading this chose another place to spend your money.

I ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter’s 10th birthday with her favorite BR ice cream flavor as well as the cupcake theme to match her birthday party. When I called the morning to pick up the cake, the workers didn’t know what I was referring to even though I had an email confirmation of the order. Long story short, I did not get the cake I ordered and was beyond disappinted as my daugher was looking forward to her special cake. If you order a cake through this location, be sure to double and triple check your order with the employees.

This is a Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo standalone store. They sell quarts of ice cream, $6 or 2/$10.
