We got the mashed potato bowl, popcorn chicken and a chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for our order and they forgot the cookie for the mashed potato bowl and the sauce for the popcorn chicken. Opened the Chicken Sandwich and it is absolutely smothered in Mayo. Can’t believe they really thought this was okay to send out.

This was the most horrible items I've ever gotten from KFC. The chicken wings were dried out, the gravy was watered down n tasteless, the Mac n chez was not good either. It's a shame, I've been going there for years. I am so disappointed. I won't be back. At these times, money is to tight to spend in lousy food.

worst place to eat or get food from, EVERY single time i order food here i get the order WRONG or missing something every time! i spoke with the shift manager at 6pm on 4-1-22 and she hung up on me, this place has gone to the garbage big time theres no point of it being remodeled when what it needs is new staff. they take 35mins to give you your food and its still incorrect?

Great location updated amazingly clean current over night staff not managed well current date 12/9/21 at 7pm. Management on shift was not keeping up with orders. She was saying “they are going to get what we got.” Uber order was missing whole meal because they are not cooking menu. They are cooking just enough to get by for the shift. Cook let crew know customer was in front which other staff brushed off and did not attend too. People prior to when I arrived expressed they had been waiting for over 20 minutes for orders they placed in the drive and were instructed to come in.... bring back old management this new management needs to be retrained they lack proper guidance and drive to keep up with a busy restaurant business... Only one employee was wearing his mask correct way not even the manager had her mask on correctly....

Food was good and the lady at the drive through was nice enough. Not blaming the employees who were there. But I waited 40 minutes from entering drive through line of 3 cars from street to speaker and getting food. I saw 2 employees the entire 15 minutes I was at the window. Soooooo to whoever is in charge, I get it there’s a labor shortage. But here’s a wild and radical solution. Pay people reasonable wages and you don’t have to “find” workers. People will come to you. Close your doors if you can’t afford it or don’t want to. Won’t be returning. I don’t recommend anyone try this location either. Dining room is closed too. Which was acceptable in 2020. Just an excuse to save money nearing 2022.
