Review Tilted Kilt Fox Valley - Aurora

The place sucks if I could this place no star I would. The first time I went there they took a while I had get up from my seat and look for the waitress because she was acting like she didn't want to serve me because she doesn't like me. I always bring Iced tea into restaurents because i don't want to drink soda pop. The manager walks by says you no your not suppose to bring drinks into the restaurant. Earlier before the Manager walked by I asked my waitress to bring me some cherries for my drink. She claims they are all out of cherries. I get up to use the restroom and I look over by the bar and they are not all out of cherries she just lied because she wanted me to order a drink from the restaurant and ordered nauchos and a glass of Ice really their over react about me not buying a drink. After that I talked with the manager I told her I don't think your treating me like a customer. The manager came buy explained a bunch of nonsense about how corperate said that she could get in trouble if I bring drinks in the restaurant. The Manager stating how when I called and asked for waitress that would socialize with me she took care of it and how I and how I got it. and still I have the same problem every time I go there and the only reason why go there is because I had I have been running around all day and didn't feel like searching for another restaurant. After told I was trying not to drink pop. THINK OF THE CUSTOMER THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went there a couple of times they treat me different then all the other customers. For example their suppose to have a conversation with the customers. They with all the other customers but they don't have a conversation with me. The first time they did it I had slow service and waitress not wanting to communicate with me. The last I went there they were giving me good service like asking if I wanted anything else but not talking with like are suppose to, and top of it there other customers looking at me like they don't want there. On same day I see my buddy Jinesh and I ask if okay if I close out at the bar so I can hang with my buddy Jinesh both the waitresses start laughing at me and saying oh my god. And the other customers started acting like thats normal for employee to treat a customer like that. If there not going to socialize with like their suppose to they might as well close this restaurant down and bring The Ruby Tuesdays back. I have had better service at Ruby Tuesdays. I will not be for a long time or NEVER. My advise to you would be not to go to this location.

Been here a couple times and felt like it was understaffed both times. Takes a while for drinks and to be seated. Employees are very nice, however. Food is decent.

My wife and ate at lunch and we had a wonderful time. Beer was great the white six game was on . The girls were friendly and great service.

This Tilted Kilt has a very short term left, and you can see it in the Staff. This store is nothing like the others in the Chicago area, but even more expensive.

Dirtiest nastiest tkp I've ever been too wasn't even busy and 20 tables sat dirty, crap all over the floors.! Grosssss...

Went there on the 14th at 815 pm, the bartender was great and service was great!!!

5 stars for the ladies and the tilted kilt for pouring Guinness correctly.

Under staffed, over rated, horrible service. Cold food!
