Review Cinnabon - Aurora

Hey thanks alot for putting the cinnamon bun sideways in the bag. Wanted to give to my neighbor as a gift. BEWARE CINNABON CUSTOMERS!! BEFORE U WALK AWAY FROM THE COUNTER AND YOU WANT IT PUT IN AN ADDITIONAL BAG, MAKE SURE IT'S NOT PUT SIDEWAYS IN THE BAG.

Just came here randomly and seen that they have mini buns so we got those and they were delicious, pricey I think but still yummy. The issue here was the lady used the same gloves to grab the mini buns and to take my cash. That's nasty! Two thumbs down for that one.

Tried their cookiebonbites! It was deliciously warm and it went perfect with a cold glass of milk. Make sure you ask them to warm it up! Cinnabon is great but it can be pretty expensive.

Perfectly hot cinnabons available. Staffs are good.

I went to this Cinnabon location in Fox Valley Mall and ordered three classic Cinnabon with caramel. The lady taking my order ringed me up and told me to wait on the other side for my order to be ready. She didn’t give me my receipt and she started working on other things. There was a brown Cinnabon logo bag sitting on the counter. One of the other associates asked me if that was my order and I told them I wasn’t sure because no one said anything and just placed that bag there. She asked others and they said it was three classic Cinnabons and then she asked me what I ordered. I explained that I ordered three classic Cinnabon with caramel! She was like this is the only one we have. And went to ask who took my order. The lady who took my order spoke up and said I took her order and then she goes if u want caramel u have to pay for it and I told her that when I ordered I told you exactly what I wanted hence I was willing to pay for caramel on my Cinnabon! Then she went behind the counter and instead of helping me fix my order which I was willing to pay for again she started doing other things. I was disappointed and frustrated so I left because I was with my nephews and I couldn’t stand there waiting around d for no reason! I do not recommend this location to anyone!! They need to up their customer service

Don’t recomend this place I work there and got fired for getting 100 tip and was accused of steeling and there food has mold and some of there stuff is expired

I bought a Cinabon and it had a hair in there product and I bought a vanilla ice coffee and it tasted disgusting I don’t know if it was expired or if there was anything wrong I went back to let them know and they realize the milk was expired

I love my caramel pecanbon and I do get it often and I know what goes on it...one of the sauces they put is supposed to be mixed sauce topping that they put on top. So at this particular place for few times I have seen them NOT putting that sauce on top and they always come up with excuses why not. I'm sorry, but that's embarrassing, to cheat and shortcut your customers on something so petty and it takes away from the experience. It is embarrassing to go back and tell them to fix it and on top of it they take offense to it. If you made it right in the first place it shouldn't have been a problem.
