Reminded me of dining in a third world country. Drive thru closed, trash overflowing and blowing around parking lot, no restrooms, dining area barricaded, ice machine broken, fountain soda undrinkable (we ended up throwing away our cups), NO SHAKES. You'll eat what they happen to have that day.

Walked in. Was informed we had to order by the kiosk. Wanted to go to a restaurant sit down and have a waitress. Stood there and what we wanted to order x2. Had to go back and cancel in order to order a double cheese burger with fries. That would be the under $4 meal. Now have to add fries which should be included in the under $4 meal. Was informed that we would have to order the combo. So cancelled and had to star over again. We walked out. I didn’t want to go to a sit-down restaurant and do all the work. We went down the road to a McDonalds and we’re eating within minutes. Now I know, there are other places where you order at the counter and pick up your food but at least a person to place the order with. Done with this franchise. 😡

They need more employees or something. The 2 men that were there were pleasant and helpful. They were out shakes. Ikr steak and shake with no shakes. Crazy! You use the kiosk to order yet it asks to leave a tip. FOR WHAT if you didn’t take my order, bring my food or throw it away. Door handle was broke and broke my nail trying to get in the door. Crazy!

Let me start I do not have a problem with doing it myself but if you are going to make the customer do it all place their order, pay, pick it up, and clean up after themselves then you should drop your prices as you are no longer a sit down restaurant with the need to cover the salary of the waitress and busboy. Prices reflect overhead you chose to eliminate your staff I did not get a choice. I used to love this chain now I will no longer be going or recommending as this is just a sign of greed.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The tables were not cleaned. The seating was sticky. The food quality was poor: frisco burger was dry, fries and hot dog were cold. No shakes available in spite of the name of the business. The place was short staffed—only three employees. Food took way to long for the type of food it is. If this is the new concept for the business it will not work. If the thought is to eliminate dine-in, then the size of the building is too large. This is a company in trouble.

I actually never went to this particular location but I won’t be coming back. The place itself is nasty. Decided to dine in after a long day. Spots to sit at weren’t clean at all. A seat with a ripped apart and nearly done coffee cups and random paper on the table behind us. Other spots were just sticky and you can tell they hadn’t been wiped down. The restaurant has changed. You order from an electronic machine when you come in and wait for your number to be called. This isn’t a bad thing but where it falls off at is that there’s no one in the dining part of the restaurant to be of assistance if needed. We wiped down the table bc it was very sticky. You had to get your own drink and there were no cups or straws and had to wait for someone to actually refill the bin for it but that was after another customer informed the employees that there were none. The one garbage can where we have to dump out our trash was full to the brim, so people had to just put their trash on top or on the side. I can’t say anything about the bathroom. It did stink really bad when I went to wash my hands. The food itself wasn’t bad I think. I honestly hadn’t eaten all day so I’m not sure if I was just hungry or if it was actually good. Idk the whole experience of going to Stake n Shake is just different and not enjoyable how it used to be. Idk. If they had a few more ppl staffed like another cook and a couple ppl in the front doing some type of service work, then it wouldn’t be so bad.

This location has moved to self ordering kiosks. There were two employees working on a semi busy Sunday afternoon. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. I will not be back to this location. And if the entire chain is moving to this format, then they have lost a customer forever.

All I can say is this is my last time coming here. This place is unprofessional... Today as i waited at booth at drive thru the inside was nasty which I dont understand why I didnt just drive off. Never understood why the wait in drive thru is always long when its never crowded or anyone in line. Today i waited for food total of 20 mins Wowww. It was told by Danny that it was her and one cook 2 people on staff in this big restaurant taking orders... unfortunately they are always short staffed and never courteous....They have to do better.....food was cold and sloppy 😒...wont be back.
