Review Pomegranate Restaurant - Aurora

This is an excellent diner in the suburbs. Food is consistently decent for the price. Indoor and Outdoor seating, caters to all ages and staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Be aware of their hours, they close early.

Came a crossed this place a few months ago and now I eat here every month when I fly back to illinois. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing! Being a gluten free vegetarian it’s hard to find a place to eat for brunch and this place has so many options for those with dietary restrictions.

Loved EVERYTHING about this restaurant from the greeting coming in the door, the amazing customer service from my waitress Dona ❤ who was absolutely AMAZING and made my experience a 100 times more better 🥰❤ & let's not forget the mouth watering food & OH SO DELICIOUS MIMOSAS 🤤😊. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you guys so much for the unforgettable experience. ❤❤❤

Best pancakes around, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is nice and the guy at the register is super cool. This place is super clean. I Love this breakfast place, I go here at least once a week. Try the chicken fried steak and eggs, truly the best around. Pomegranate feels more like going to a friend's house for breakfast than a restaurant. The coffee is also really good and always tastes like a fresh pot that was brewed just for you.

Great breakfast place. Friendly and courteous service. Clean and modern. We had the pancakes and a two egg breakfast with sides. Both are standard breakfast fare but were tasty and hot. Coffee was fresh and had a full pot to ourselves. Plenty of parking and easy access to restaurant. They have a large outdoor seating area. Menu prices are reasonable.

Our first time there and it was great!! I'm generally not a "chicken & waffle" guy, but theirs was fabulous!! Waitress was friendly and accomodating!!

The Swai Fish was ok,just not too much flavor and the bread wasn’t of a great quality . If the bread could be changed,do it ,how bread affects the quality of the sandwich. We’ll come back, maybe…how there are not lots of breakfast places in the area but hopefully the food will have more flavor.

I ordered a breakfast skillet and my girlfriend had the 2 egg breakfast with the old glory crepe. Although the restaurant was quite busy our food came out in a timely manner. The serving sizes were pretty big and we both enjoyed all of the items we ordered. The restaurant has primarily booth seating inside with tables on the patio. Personally I prefer booths for breakfast/brunch so this was a benefit for me.

Came here w/ my boyfriend for brunch. I really had a taste for a particular meal that wasn’t on their menu. I showed a picture to waitress so she showed it to the chef. They were able to accommodate my request & made it exactly like the picture. It was delicious! Thank you Pomegranate Restaurant for your great customer service! 😊

I had my daughter’s baby shower at The Pomegranate restaurant and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The owner Chris was accommodating, very nice, and was there making sure everything was going well. The rest of the staff was polite and eager to please. No waiting for anything. Roula our waitress worked her butt off for us and we very much appreciated it. The room was perfect. The food was fantastic. We had lemon chicken with steamed veggies and roasted potatoes. The food was hot and very well seasoned. I will definitely go back or book another party there. I wish I had a picture to post, but I will later.

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, your entire experience inside the pomegranate is so friendly and warm and the owner (chris) is so hands on in his business he makes sure everything is to your liking, and also I would add that the wait staff is so professional and polite, and osteoporosis important the food is great

Moved into the area not long ago and was looking for a non-chain restaurant with great food and service and I found it! The owners are great and the service by Donna-Sue is the best!

Biggest flaw with this place was the prices... At first glance, everything is a low price for great breakfast. But if you decide you want coffee or a side of bacon, go somewhere else. For washed out, below average coffee it costs $4.50... While for a grande skinny vanilla latte at Starbucks it costs $4.15; compare that. I say this as a person who works in the service industry. Unless coffee is made by a barista it should never be that much. And if you want a side of bacon, it's $4.25. Unless I'm getting a bacon platter, a side of bacon should not cost that much. Don't get me wrong, I had the Bavarian Creme French Toast and it was pretty good, entrees are priced decently that's why I rated it 3 stars. But I don't see myself returning when there's plenty of other quality breakfast places in the area that actually know how to set pricing fairly.

Have been here a couple times for brunch and usually always enjoy everything I've had! The mimosas are always delicious! I tried the waffles this last time and I was a bit disappointed in how dry they were. Hope they are better next time!

This has become my favorite go to place while in the suburbs. Have had breakfast twice; excellent both times. Will return to try lunch and dinner. I am sure they will also be great. Mimosas are very good.

Chris is the perfect host. In the past I mainly visit for breakfast on the patio. Glad I finally made it in for dinner. Great coctails and daily specials. Chris will likely stop buy and make sure your experience was exceptional.

Feels like family, priced extremely reasonable and the food is incredible. I'll be in and out of the Aurora area a lot over the next 4 months and this will be a regular stop!! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert!
