Starters 9:30pm ( they close at 11) all the exterior lights on off, drive through lights are off, the lobby is locked, go to the drive thru since I saw workers inside. They took my order, the guy was pleasant, asked about the lights, he stated they were having a problem with their breakers, and said only him and a cook showed up for work, overall service was pretty quick and good was hot. I have noticed it a hit or miss at this BK.

Three times now they can't make anything right. We pay for added items and they can't seem to add any of them yet have no problems charging for them. When you call, no manager is available. Complete the survey to have a manager or corporate contact us and nope, still no communication. Poor service.

Burger King Burgers really taste flame-broiled. There is always some new great burger or chicken sandwich to try. You can't beat the price and the drive-up window seems to go at light speed compared to other places. When I walked in to place my order I noticed one individual with long brown hair and a very charming smile. This surprised me because the gentleman was working alone in the kitchen. There were three cars in the drive-through and a few people in the lobby. You could tell this wasn't his first rodeo. He was flying through orders. Once I got my whopper I sat down and enjoyed how fresh the meat was. As well as the actual execution of the sandwich. I have OCD and consider myself to be a picky eater. So thank you for such a good experience. Having the right staff really makes a difference.

My son loves to come here and play. It's too bad the service and food are low quality. Friday night my four-year-old and I arrived at around 6:30 p.m. I had a deal on my mobile app and it was the first time I ever used the app. We waited at least 10 minutes to even be greeted by employees. My young son even said "well I don't think they're serving food today.... Let's go." The shift supervisor was expediting the drive-thru orders and there was another young lady taking orders on the drive-thru. There was a man washing dishes and one behind the grill. No spoke to us or even looked at us for at least 5 minutes. Another young lady came out from somewhere and finally took our order. That took some time because I had a mobile coupon. Finally after waiting just a few minutes I received my order. I was dining in and I was not given any salad dressing for my salad or even a fork. I had to wait another 5 minutes to receive those items as it had become busier. the hamburger was not very good at all the salad was mediocre the chicken was dry and I really would rather not eat here again.

Very rude people working here. Ordered the fish burger and it was very hard like it’s been there for days and they just heat it up and gave to me. Called the store and they said to come and they’ll take care of it so I drove back and was hoping they would give me options whether I would want my money back or get a new burger but instead they just told me to wait and just assume I would want the same thing and just gave me it without apologizing for hard as rock burger and me having to make two trips. Very disappointed with the way they handle the situation. I was hoping to get my money back and go to McDonald’s which is right next to them.

I grab food here twice a week or so after the lunch rush clears out. Excellent service, uncommonly hot, fresh, and tasty food, reasonable prices. This store is, by far, the best Burger King location I've ever patronized. I'll go out of my way to eat at this location for the service and quality food.

Austin, one of the managers at night. Is TERRIBLE! I’ve never ONCE had a good experience at this location. I got about 12 items and was told I was only allowed 4 ranches. They NEVER have tacos or their fryer working in general. But this time specifically When I pulled up Austin was fooling around with another one of the employees and when I called after they messed up he was telling me how he can only fix my drink when other stuff was messed up. And how their franchise store was doing so well and how their making a new one because of how awesome they were. Don’t waist your time. I know McDonald’s is gross but 100% better customer service. The night manager SUCKS.

I wouldn't feed my dogs anything from this location. Ordered a few items at drive through. Got home to find some odd item in one of the burgers. Brought it back I was told it's one of the markers they use on wrappers. Was offered to have it remade but refused. Like I said I wouldn't feed animals food from this location.
