I love everything about this store but the Korean lady owner. Shes extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in to ask her about my receipt and she completely exploded acting like a mad woman. Sometimes i wonder why ppl who dont have even the slightest patience with customer service decide to open a store. Hello! You gonna meet all kinds of ppl from different parts of the world when you have an international grocery market. Everyone there except her is helpful. Ever since Pacific Ocean opened up, i go shopping there to avoid her and spending my money there. Maybe she's the reason why E mart closes. Lady, if you are reading ...you need to change your attitude before you open something else that deals with people!
