Tamera was so awesome! Best customer service I’ve had when going to any retail store or eats spot. Such a positive and sweet demeanor. I have never reviewed a fast food joint ever for outstanding customer service and have to say this lady made my day. We both exchanged god bless before I went to the next window to get my food. I asked if she was a manager & she said she was working towards that. She needs to be a manager and help train customer service at all locations. Smooth transaction from ordering window until I grabbed my bag of food. If current managers don’t already know they have a great team member and company asset they better realize after reading this and make sure she gets recognition she greatly deserves 😉 Many blessings

I would give this location 4 to five stars; however, the last two time I have been there is why I am currently giving it two stars. Today I ordered, 1 Big Breakfast, pancakes with sausage and three sausage biscuits. This is what I usually order. But if you see the photo below, there is something missing. I did get the three sausage biscuits and the hotcakes and sauges; however, instead of a Big Breakfast I got hotcakes and a hashbrown.

Took longer than expected and all the food was cold and beyond dry. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Solid 3 out of 5 stars. Service was solid, yet quality of preparation left something to be desired. Even after grading on a curve cuz it's McDonald's this fell well below my already low expectations. You're welcome to take a long time OR screw up the food; doing both is something that needs to be rectified.

Tired of the mistakes. Three times in a row, that I've gone through the drive-thru, something on my order was wrong. This wasn't a communication problem. This is from the (broken) mobile app. So tired of having to double check my order and needing to go back to get the correct items. Done with this store. Perhaps McDonald's all together.

Some people choose to go thru the drive thru because they do not or can’t to come in the store. And I was not aware that if you do that you can not get a refill. But I notice this is only at Indian owned restaurants. Do seem right to me. And the shift leader cari or what ever her name was. What a winner there.
