This location has provided some of the worse customer service I have experienced in a long time the clerk Ross's behavior is a poor reflection on the company. Normally I don't write complaints, but this ones eating at me a bit being from a customer service background. My fiance and I went in to get some energy drinks due to knowing they tend to run some good specials at 711s. We were excited to see they had a special buy 2 get the 3rd free. Lucky day... Not so much though. When we were ringing up the items did not ring for the correct price, and the clerk began to tell us it has to be all the same type though this is indicated no where on the signage on their cooler. My fiance went back to grab another of the same size then was told "Only the diet one were on sale" what? There's nothing on the sign about this the clerk had began to become rude towards us. So we asked for a number to call to file a complaint. Upon receiving the number my fiance made tha call and during the call was asked for the clerks name. The first time she mumbled so we could not hear it so he asked her to spell it. She rudely said "it's Roza" while turning her back on us and walking away. While on the phone we heard the clerk tell other customers that " We just wanted things for free." Which was not the case we simply wanted the item for the advertised price. This caused a customer she told to become rude to us saying something or another about "Energy drink b***h" then giving us dirty looks. This behavior from the clerk Roza was not acceptable and when asking for the store manager details she said its against policy to povide the name. I've worked customer service a long time, and would never treat anyone like this. This behavior was uncalled for, and it seems there may be meed for further training for employees. I used to come here every day before work however I will no longer do so if this is how I am to be treated.

This place has gone downhill the last few months. All the promo deals have started disapearing today I go in there is a 2 for $4 deal on Go Fast energy drink. At the register the ring up $5.75 I say it days on the fridge 2 for $4 cashier says not these I say yes look at the fridge, she goes and looks and comes back and shrugs and says I dont know. Looks like its time to take my business to Circle K at least they honor their advertised prices

This is an absolutely terrible location. The lady who worked Christmas day 2018 at 6am was an absolute disgrace and represented every negative aspect of 711s restructuring issues amongst employees as a whole. Doesn't speak English, doesn't respect people, doesn't even know how to use a cash register yet there she is working and running the store as the only employee clocked in. I love some 711 attributes and selections but this recurring theme of horrid employees who are rude, arrogant and unable to do much of anything due to the language barrier

This store was the cleaner store I've ever been in and the lady behind the counter was especially nice and helpful very nice Christian lady I would recommend people to go here well I see nothing but negativity from the other viewers so I'm going to leave it with this it's nice to go into a place and be respectable that stores the clean the store I've ever seen at 7-Eleven and every staff member is nice there good Christian people
