They're only getting 1 star cause it doesn't give me an option for no stars! First things first I placed an order online for delivery through there website NOT GRUBHUB!!! I placed the order at 12 and it said my food would be delivered by 1:30 at the latest "which is ridiculous for a damn sandwhich!" Here it is 2:30 and we still don't have our food! When we called the restaurant they told us that the fax machine was broken so they didn't get our order, yet they took my money! I told the guy I wanted my money refunded but he couldn't even find my order, after I placed my order online I didn't even receive an email with a confirmation number. This is so unprofessional, now on top of waiting for food that was never coming I'm out $18.78 for whatever reason they even let me place the order doesn't make sense, but what's worse is they couldn't even call to say we're having trouble with our online services. I've never eaten here before and I never will! Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer

Some good sandwiches here that are made quick and fresh. Their breakfast options are pretty cheap and delicious (after adding a bit of salt). I'll definitely be back here. Also, delivery is nice and rare for a sandwich place.

Tried to order online but it doesn't work on Sunday so ordered over the phone. Service was great food was great.The Kong breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito are delicious. Also forgot our coupon but they still honored our discount.

I have been ordering here through grubhub for almost a year. I have a sandwich that I turn into a salad. If order is read correctly, it is easy and cost me over $15. I have had issues. I called once and a message was to be left with manager. I never heard back. I ordered yesterday to receive a sandwich instead of a salad. That has never happened. I was hungry and ate mostly half of it. Today I call to let them know of the issues. I was met with immediate distane and very young incomprehension of good service. I asked a name to get a repoire and it was refused. "Why didn't I call the day before where they could do something?" At EVERY attempt at explaining I was interrupted and ultimatley hung up on. I wish I could order from here as it is usually awsome. What customer service person talks that way?

Fantastic East Coast style sandwiches. If you miss the Mom and Pop' feeling of your hometown sub shops, this is as close as it gets for me. Don't sleep on the breakfast sammys either! Grubhub capability is also a plus.

They should probably tell people that they are closed and they should put it on the website that this location is permantly closed. I bought food for our crew for lunch and my 80 dollars was taken from my account and the facility is closed. Please take this location off your website so people dont make the same mistake I did.

Waited for over an hour for one sandwich to be delivered. The lettuce on the sandwich was brownish and slimy. Made the the sandwich inedible. $15 down the drain. Will not come back

A breakfast sammich delivered to my office at 8 am? What? So good. How did i not know this place was here. Food is amazing and fresh.
