I went to this location the other day. The burger was good. Not too greasy, not too salty. I'm rating this a 4 because the food was good, not great. My friend said his fries were not good AT ALL and they use to taste a lot better. Also, the cashier was a bit irritated to say the least. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
There was also a strange smell that hits you as soon when you walk in. The best I can describe it is old standing water mixed with drying paint.
If I were to include everything I mentioned in this post, I would rate a 2 or 3. However, the 4 star is solely based on the food.

This was my first time ever trying smash burger and it was honestly quite underwhelming. We paid $60 for 3 burgers which felt like a lot for what we got. The ingredients were admittedly high quality and quite good, but the burger itself was lackluster. Overall, too expensive for a meh meal.

You can tell the burgers are made fresh. The veggies are crisp and fresh too. We had the tots and they had really good seasonings and nothing was too greasy

Smash burger used to be on every corner, or so it seemed. I just happened to notice this one was still open. Glad I did too. Burgers are still great and they have sweet potato fries. And depending on your company, that can be a deal maker! Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was their indoor dining. The place was in the midst of some remodeling and could have been better kept as we were the only patrons and our table had not been bussed.
And so we returned today. 1/5/22 at 12:30 pm. All I can say is that the lone female that yells at the staff ruins the lunch for everyone. Absolute biotch. Constantly complaining in a loud and shrill voice is NOT what the guests want or need. We will be going to another location from now on.

The whole order was not delivered. I ordered through the SmashBurger website, and they apparently use DoorDash from there to deliver. When I called to tell them that part of the order was missing, they told me I could come pick it up or get a refund on the missing food. Picking up was not an option for me, which is why I ordered delivery in the first place. And a refund doesn’t help feed me when I was in a bind.
I chose refund, but they do not have a system that sends a confirmation email or anything. I am hopeful that the money shows up back in my account, but if it doesn’t, I hope there isn’t an issue when I call back to figure that out. As there is no evidence that I called and tried to get this fixed.
I understand they may not have the ability to set up their own delivery service, but this makes it very inconvenient when an issue arises. I paid all the extra delivery fees and driver tip and because the delivery and driver are not through SmashBurger, they can not do anything for me. I can’t contact DoorDash because my order was not through them.
Very frustrated. Only gave two stars because the food was okay.

The burgers were perfectly cooked, the staff were friendly and although we had to wait a few minutes to order, we were very happy with our meal.

Let me start by saying that I'm a huge Smashburger fan. That said, this wasn't our best Smashburger experience. Delanie (I didn't catch her full name, but my elementary aged daughters assure me that's a right!) at the front counter was extremely friendly, and welcoming.
After we ordered, we sat down, and waited about 10 minutes to get our food... Which was delivered one by one over the course of a 6 minute period. First came the chicken strips, which were pretty well overdone. 2 minutes later, we got a Kidsmash. Another 2 minutes later... Avocado Bacon Club. 2 minutes after that? The 2nd set of chicken strips (i couldn't tell you why they weren't all fired up at the same time).
In all, the burgers were average (which is disappointing considering how much my family typically enjoys Smashburger), and the chicken strips were awful. Unfortunately, even the usually consistent fries were soggy.
The service was friendly, but that is countered with the food being brought out in such an uneven manner.
I'm afraid that even the friendliness and warmth of the cashier couldn't save our experience this trip.
I'm a fan of Smashburger, so the brand alone will bring me back, but another bad experience will force us to go back to the Parker & Arapahoe location.

This was ordered through Grubhub. Grubhub said they got the two burgers we ordered and it showed on the receipt. We only received one burger, the one shown. The burger smelled gross and looked like it had been smashed. We called Smashburger after Grubhub told us to contact them. Smashburger said they did not have the second burger on their list. Okay, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt... However, we did bring up the quality and smell of the one burger that we did receive, the pulled pork burger. The manager, Josh, was dismissive of the complaints and the missing burger, claiming that they would do better the next time but not doing or saying anything that would remedy or even make us feel better about our current meal. Why would we go back? Against my boyfriend's wishes, I still ate the burger and felt sick after finishing only half of it. Totally unacceptable, especially in this Covid time where everything must be out of the restaurant to eat. Bad, gross food, bad, dismissive manager. Two stars because the fries and tater tots were good.
