Growing up, KFC was something to look forward to. I remember getting a big bucket of chicken and awesome sides for the family and we all would have a great dinner together with good food. Unfortunately, I think those days are gone. I've visited this location three times over the past 9 months or so and it has been complete garbage. This time was so bad it prompted me to write this review. The only consistent thing is the Pepsi. The biscuits were rock hard and a shade of brown that I would be ashamed to serve if I worked there. The chicken was so greasy seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. It was so bad we ripped the skin off and just ate the chicken. The French fries were hot and rock hard. The mash potatoes were okay, not as good as they used to be but not horrible overall, I'm just sad because I remember how good KFC used to be. I suppose this is the new norm.

Bucket of expensive chicken strips. The three on top were fresh and good, the whole rest of the bucket was obviously cooked two hours ago. 90% of the food was not edible because it was hours old.
Don’t waste your time at this place unless you like completely dry chicken that was cooked an hour or more before your order was placed.

I'll start off with I'm not a huge fast-food person. But we swung through late in the evening on our way home and grabbed a family meal. We were asked to wait for part of our order off to the side, no big deal. A very nice employee brought out our order thanking us for waiting. We grabbed our items and left. However upon arriving home turns out the item they had us waiting for did not end up in the bag. So lesson learned to check the order before leaving.

Went there on 05/19/22 at 12:30PM I did mobile app pickup at 16901 E Quincy Ave Aurora Colorado 80015. My 1st thought there was nobody in the drive thru a red flag. I ordered 8 pc. side lovers original chicken meal and free chicken sandwich for orders over $12. The 8 pc chicken skin was dried out like it was reheated, maybe from the night before the 2 chicken breasts were dry and chewy, the biscuits were dry and hard, the Mac& Cheese was dry, the mashed potatoes & gravy was bland, the Cole Slaw was great and the chicken sandwich was good. It's been over a year since I had eaten at KFC and at this point it might be another year before I visit this KFC. The staff was great no complaints with them just the food.

Horrifying. Had to wait for the wings to be made fresh which is understandable, but they weren't even cooked all the way. Mac n cheese was dry and had a very bad taste. The burger was so greasy that it was dripping. They didn't give me my biscuit, hot sauce or napkins. 1 star is too many for this. I tried to call and they disconnected me. I called back and was on hold for 8 minutes, they never got back on the phone. Of course the line is busy now

I mean they have chicken! And they fry it or whatever. They also now have plant chicken. Although for how long only Howie Long knows. You know? But yeah they have chicken. If you like eating birds that can’t fly and they take those birds, murder them then throw them in a vat of boiling grease, Do it baby.

KFC is my go to. Down low one of my favorite places to eat. Original recipe just taste so good with Mash potatoes and Mac. Would be 5 stars but the potatoe Joe Joe's are gone so no 5 star.

Almost the worst fast food place in town. Lady was rude. I always order an extra panties and gravy and extra biscuits. She said she could not sell it to me. So I was only sold one order of potatoes. And it had no gravy. the last couple trips to this location have been a bad experience. It was also my last trip to this location.
