Kfc

This is out of control this is the 40 dollars worth of food. The so called night manager is rude which I know she isn't the manager but hey I guess we all can play a roll that's not ours 🤣 I think talking to the owner of the building just isn't cutting it with this terrible Customer Service. The food was cold I called about it to get a what's up when I called to inform them they didn't put food in the bowls I ordered with a what you mean they don't have food with her then hanging up on me. I think I need to contact someone to get this under control

I don't know why I only go to KFC once every 3 or 4 years I am always so happy and this experience was no different. The staff was so friendly, they looked clean and professional, and made sure I had what I wanted. I got a kids meal, and a 3 piece box for a little over 15 dollars. My daughter loved her kids meal and my 3 piece was sinful. I hope it will not be another 3 years before I go back.

After months of not coming here since the last order mix up I decided to give it another go since everything around me was full of lines. Big mistake. They got my order wrong again, was rushing me to order because they wanted to close and I was the last car and order they had for the night. Which is completely wrong for a business. The customer is always right and priority regardless of the time. I ordered one meal and I didn't even get what I wanted. 1 star again and this showed me why I'll never come back even after I attempted to give you guys another chance to see if the customer service was fixed but, apparently not and not even for 1 meal they can get it right same as last time of why I didn't come back. I worked in fast food and I was trained to never rush a customer and that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR BETTER SERVICE THIS IS NOT A RACE TO CLOSE REGARDLESS OF THE TIME YOU STOP GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THE LAST CAR HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.

I will not ever be coming to this location again. I ordered the big box meal that comes with a leg and a thigh. I should have looked in the box before I drove off because the leg they put in there had no meat on it. It was just the fried skin and the bone not to mention the size of this leg was a joke. I ordered extra biscuits and was short 2 and they were cold and dry. My drink was not even a full cup. Paying what I did for the food that I recieved is a disappointment and a waste of money. I will gladly take my money to a better location. Do not come here!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Rudest kfc ever. I used to work at one so I know how customers can be. Cursed at me and didn't even take my order left me sitting at the window for 5 minutes with no attention. Had me waste my long awaited lunch. Could curse and everything over the speaker but no testicles to say anything to my face. Thank you for empty stomach heavy set brotha. He knows who he is and who I am. I was at work since 8 with no food. I ordered the big meal for 1. Tried to get 20$with if good for myself. Couldn't get anything so back to work on empty stomach. Thank you kfc for nothing but wasted time

This kfc the 2 black dudes and the 1 hispanic dude were so high they couldn't get my order right. I called and they actually told me I was in the wrong. I had no biscuit nor did I get my family size mash and gravy..... when I called it was like talking to Beavis and but head!!! I hope the manager will answer tomorrow but seeing kfc doesn't even have a complaint line seams like they are the next to go
