If I could rate it a zero I would .my cousin had been manager for kfc for years and never would have tolerated the behavior the workers showed today . No customer service at all . I was rushed to hurry and order and then Rudely told about the 1 sauce limit and when I asked to speak with the manager the person in the picture said he was ,witch he is not in uniform also taking orders and making food . Every unsanitary and definitely against food safety . I had no problems paying for additional sauce but I a problem with how the managers conducted themselves and the business. The managers where laughing and talking together very unprofessional.

Let's start from the beginning. I pulled up into the drive thru and they do their normal spill. Me and my significant other asked for a moment. They did not do that. They rushed us in choosing what we were going to eat by asking again if they could take our order, and if they can help us decide. No one was behind us so we were not effecting their progress. We gave our order they didn't ask what sides we wanted or sauces nothing. Everything from that point was good; until we got home. We got the family tender meal. They shorted us on tenders our mashed potatoes were watered down as well as the gravy. In my honest opinion their pride in their service is lacking. It doesn't take much to try. The tenders and our other sides were good so we gave them a little higher score.

Ordered 5 piece combo #11. Asked for 5 pieces. Lady forgot how many pieces I ordered. I told her 5. She charged me for 5. I got only 3. The price in total was $26 and it is snowy today so I'm not feeling like driving back to correct what was supposed to be an easy order. Pretty upset the price was so high and I didn't get what I paid for.

Wow... Beyond rude! Glad they close whenever they want. Supposed to be open until 10 but, sign on door that says, closed due to weather.. It's 70 degrees.. Lol I called and someone is clearly working. He was extremely rude and hung up on me. Gave me no reason as to why they are closed early. Just said "no we're closed" and hung up. Guess that's the type of customer service they have. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Employee working should be fired!!!

I always go thru this drive-thru for my 3-piece original thighs and fries. This KFC chicken is definately different from any other. Waaay tastier, for some reason. I've tried others but keep coming back here. Seasoned to perfection! Dayvon has AMAZING customer service! He is always super fast and very friendly. What excellent customer service!!! Can you please give him a raise?! Thank you for your hard work! You are appreciated!

I ordered online and when order arrived it was missing half of it and of course you call and get a busy signal KFC will no longer get any more money from me

Worst management customer service, saying he is the manager taking the order at the headset throws an "OH MY GOODNESS" comment because I added one more drumstick to my order and then started yelled at me the rest of the order, I I decided to leave and not get anything even though I'm pregnant and so hungry, but I was thrilled of his way to treat guest and scared to get my food spit or something. I am a manager at chick fil a, and I know that's not the right way to talk to the guest...will never come back to this place even though it's one of my favorite fast food places, I prefer to look for another location.

Reading through the reviews that the chicken is dry, now it's undercooked. My young children and I have food poisoning. We can't hold anything down and have been throwing up constantly since yesterday. Thank you.
