Everytime we come to this location the workers seem like they hate being there and always slop our food together, we started going to the one down the road but chanced it today out of convenience and my chalupa was half filled, all the tacos were soggy, chicken taco was absolutely disgusting and inedible looked like it had been sitting out for hours! Burrito was literally empty... Sick of this location at this point.

Food was not up to normal standards. I was over charged asked for freeze that was on happy hour I was charged for larger one. The nacho fries where cold and not very many in container. Customer service was terrible as if employees were playing on the mic while I was ordering my food. My burrito was more tortilla then beans and that's said when you order a bean burrito I might have had two tablespoons of beans. This visit was not only a time but money and being over charged as well.

Went 8n to order some cinnamon things and they where cold, soggy and tasted like bad grease. They where burnt and nasty tasting. Used their order kiosk had to pay with cash, when I gave my money to the employee she didn't know how to count cash. If this location is going to higher people that can't count cash it will go under. Over all this location is always dirty on the inside, and with rude employees that don't normally speak English.

Why does it seem like they dont care about who they hire. They just give out free money every time i go there they always messed up my order. They almost for my chips and cheese and they forgot to give me my steak chalupa they need to be more professional to do their job right. I understand we make mistake it happens all the time.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a steak power menu bowl. They had my specifics right as far as what to exclude, however they did not include the steak which is why I am paying so much for this item. After being turned away from another Taco Bell due to a supposed high volume of online orders and drive thru orders (5 cars in the line and none in the parking lot for dining in), then THIS store not answering its phone when i tried to call and complain about my order lacking the main course of my dinner, it is safe to assume i will not be spending anymore money at ANY Taco Bell in the future. You've lost a 35 year loyal customer.

Mediocre is the only word to describe it. There’s nothing special here, and the employees don’t add anything. Just another Taco Bell, not bad, but keep in mind that you are eating fast food (because if you were to raise your expectations at all, you would be disappointed!)

I walked I and ordered and there was my order and other order on the screen. They were not short staffed. As soon as they called my name for my order I recieved my food, but also ordered two drinks and didn't get them yet. Standing there waiting two employees come up and look at me and just continue talking. After waiting for 5 minutes I finally spoke up and asked if my drinks were done. My order got bumped after I got my food so they didn't know my drinks. I told the lady they were the cherry sunrise. A couple minutes later after she went out of my sight she came back and told me they didn't have it. I'm sorry but don't bump someone's order until you know they got all of their order. Pretty simple. And the fact that my order was up long enough for them to know what my drink order was to have time while making my food to tell me that they were out. Verrryyy poor business management. I'll take my money elsewhere.
