So over getting an incorrect order every time. It costs $1 extra for every extra topping, and every single time without fail, I get two broccoli florets, 3 pieces of zucchini, no extra sauce, and a dirty grill flavor. All of which I have overlooked time and time again. Today, I got an extra secret ingredient I didn't even ask for- maybe pieces of built up/burned grease off the grill? No idea. Just giant, hard, black flakes. This restaurant is awful and I hate that I wasted my time and money. I had no clue that equipment maintenance and reading an order was that difficult, but you learn something new every day.

I ordered through DoorDash and my food was so burnt it was un edible (garlic bread). I called the location just to inform them about my order being burnt… the managers only response was “your going to need to contact DoorDash for a refund”. There was no apology or anything, I wasn’t even looking for a refund. Very disappointed as I go to noodles very often!

I’ve tried coming to this location multiple times to discover it being closed, while the online hours said they were open. However today I’ve finally managed to make it during business hours, and I can not express how dirty and unclean the inside of this location was. Trash bins full, trash and bags starting to stack up outside of the trash bins, food and crumbs left all over the entire floor, multiple tables still have food and crumbs not wiped off of them. This is disgusting, as if no one bothered cleaning the night before, and clearly STILL haven’t bothered cleaning. I was here at 3:45 in the afternoon. This location needs some serious help on sanitation asap

The worst experience at Noodles ever. Tonight we ordered for pick up and when my partner got back from picking up our order we realized that literally half our order was missing. I didn’t get my drink, we didn’t get extra sauce, and our shrimp pad Thais had NO shrimp on them. The Caesar side salad was also pathetic, literally three pieces of lettuce. He went back to get what was missing in our order and told us there was no shrimp…so they were just going to intentionally give us nothing?? She was also very rude and didn’t even apologize. Would not recommend going to this location.

Unfortunately a place that specializes in noodles can’t do it right… my Japanese style noodles were stuck together in large clumps and the entire bowl was extremely dry throughout. Wish I could post a picture here. It’s like eating a wad of dry noodles, one after another lol. Even after going back in to ask for extra sauce, you’re charged extra for about 1 fl oz of sauce— Not even remotely enough to moisturize half of the bowl. Customer service was nice, but dang this is almost inedible

Food was fine, not sure I like this new thing with order at the counter restaurants wanting a tip before you even get your food or any service. Tipped them anyways and then went to find a spot to eat and just about every table was dirty. They were not overly busy or understaffed at all. Are we raising a generation of lazy beggars?

Watched the female manger make my family dinner with out washing her hands or put gloves on after taking our order ...while in the store I did notice no employs in the back preparing food had gloves on..... definitely supposed to wear gloves via the health department....didnt even get a sorry ,or anything from the manager she just turned to go hide in the back!!! Aleast the nice girls handing the orders out apologized....
