Peppino's Pizzeria

Pizza is pizza to me, it’s good almost anywhere you go yk? They have a variety of toppings and options of food beyond just pizza slices. Everything I’ve tried has been good. The staff here is the same couple of people anytime I go and obviously work very hard since it’s just them. They are quick to help you and are nice but in a real human way not in a fake customer service way. Place is always clean and the prices for food are super reasonable. I like the wall of weird paper plate art by the register. Cool lil family owned pizza place.

I didn't take a look at the time these guys were closing and waltzed in not taking consideration to them getting ready to close. I felt bad after ordering that one employee there said they were closing in 6 minutes. I said it's fine I can order another time but she insisted it's fine there's no problem ordering. Ordered 2 calzone's, usually whatever is available in the glass case is what I take to make their jobs easier. Order got done 10 minutes later which was pretty quick considering that on top of helping my late *** the whole crew of 3 were prepping to close and get things ready for Monday. The food is always great, and the whole crew working there are very kind. Thank you all, next time, I'll come in at a more reasonable time.

Very rude staff today. I walked by at 11:10 and they weren’t open, two females were laughing by the ovens. I came back at 11:30 and they were open but there was barely anything ready. I asked for garlic knots and she rudely said they didn’t have any the next guy asked for garlic knots and she told him the dough needs to rise and she hasn’t even made it yet so it will be an hour or so. We were eating there, and let me tell you I felt like i was back high school. These girls non stop were talking bad about every single customer that walked in and out with people clearly sitting there. They made fun of someone’s accent and that was it for me. I got up threw away my pizza and walked out. You will no longer get my business. And reading the reviews and seeing so many complaints about rude staff you guys clearly don’t care to correct the issue.

I ordered a calzone for my 6 year old son, he took a bite and the dough was completely raw inside. At first I thought maybe it was the ricotta cheese, but no it was raw dough as there was no ricotta in it, only a small teaspoon in the middle!!! My son has issues with textures and it being raw inside made him throw up in the car! I turned around took it back, showed it to the 2 girls and they said that's the way calzones are and started arguing with me. I told them I'm Italian and no that is not how calzones are supposed to be! They also said there's no way my son would throw up from one bite. I asked to speak to the owner, she said she was the owner! (So very sad) Not only is this establishment filthy as the tables were horribly dirty, but the food was gross with theeeee worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only did they both yell at me, but they also gave me a hard time about giving me my money back. No wonder they didn't have any customers in the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food! Absolutely HORRIBLE, never again will I go there!! I suggest if you want good pizza, go upstairs to the food court to Sbarro's because this place was absolutely gross with the worst customer service in the world! Would give them zero stars if I could, but had to give one in order to leave the review.

I've been a customer of this spot for over 20 years I've been a customer here since Paula and Peppino were the owners. the customer service the last few times I've been there has been terrible and the girl who worked there this morning was absolutely rude and petty telling me I can't sit at the bench outside unless I ordered my food first mind you the mall just opened and there wasn't even anyone in peppino's at the time and then when I get up after telling her I plan on ordering food and I just went to go to my car to drop something off in it to come back in she yells at me across the mall have a nice day in the most sarcastic rude tone ever to embarrass me seems to me this girl has zero customer service or decency for other people . I will never give another dime of time or money to this spot ever again. Also the last time I went there I was not impressed with the recipe change of the meatballs Peppino took a lot of pride in his meatball recipe they don't even taste the same .

Being rude to adults is one thing but you crossed the line when you directed that aggression towards my son. Unfortunately for them, I went off. I don’t think it was expected and it must be something normal for them but I left after I got done saying what needed to be said. Gladly, I won’t be returning.
