Review Panera Bread - Aurora

Karley
Soo yummy! We ordered 2 soups and 2 sandwiches for $50 total for two people but after receiving our food we realized we were paying for higher quality ingredients. The chili was slightly spicy but super yummy! The Seasonal Autumn Squash Soup was AMAZING and french onion was just as tasty! The mac n grilled cheese was tasty until we bit into the middle and noticed it was very cold. They immediately made us fresh sandwiches on the house! Highly reccomened with lots of vegetarian options!

Very disappointed with my lunch. I ordered the pick 2 with the steak sandwich and autumn squash soup. The soup was pretty good, but the sandwich only had 3 skimpy pieces of meat.. there were several bites without meat. Won't be going back to Panera for a while.

The food here is just average so normally I would give them 3 stars as an average score. The mac & cheese sandwich was bland and all the excitement I had for something different was killed by it. Then there is the price. A half sandwich will cost you at least $6, and the sandwiches are not that big to start with. They were also out of chips. Just not a good place for food. You could get better food at a King Soopers deli.

Amiya, the store manager, leads with the worst attitude and professionalism I have ever experienced as a business owner in this neighborhood. This lack of cadence, problem solving & customer service skill set is a cancer to the team and sets a terrible example for any employee who may want an upper management position with the company. She most definitely needs more training on how to solve issues with Grace, professionalism & emotional maturity. Direct feedback is the only way to manage the performance of a manger. Understand that a franchise business impacts their bottom line through repeat business and the stores success is in the hands of someone without the proper training to lead with excellence.

Friendly service. Good food. Not busy.

I go to many Panera Bread Company's, this is by far the worst experience I have had. It is 1130a.m. and they seem to be staffed, I counted 6 people at least. I stood at one register for a couple minutes and not one person said anything. I finally walked to another register, waited another minute to be helped. They are out of almost all bagels, no joke, the shelves are bare. All the muffins are out of stock, and most of the juices are empty..maybe they got really busy this morning. Culture is definitely an issue as well.

My pick two of Broccoli Cheddar soup and Napa Almond Chicken sandwich was delicious, as usual. However, my husband's Toasted Steak and White Cheddar sandwich was disappointing. "It has as much flavor as this napkin" was his reply when I asked how his meal was. 😟

Good place to just sit and have a conversation. You order at the counter and then seat yourself and no one bothers you for as long as you would like to sit there. Did not have any food just coffee so can't comment on that. Got very busy around lunch time but was quiet before and after.

So of course the standard Panera flavor was fantastic, and I'm never disappointed in that aspect. However, I order my favorite Thai Garden Chicken Wonton Broth bowl and was quite amazed at what they considered to be an $8 serving. This wasn't you pick two, it was stand alone!! Picture in comments!! I literally just took it out of the bag and opened it.

This Panera always seems to be out of something when I order. I end up getting something I don't really want. I would love to see some regular dressings for salads. Even just bring back the bbq/ranch. Or maybe don't run out if green goddess dressing if you're selling the green goddess salad. The portions are different sizes everytime I come in. Silverware is usually crusty, The crew and mgt are nice enough even though the turn over is crazy! Different faces every time. I'm just hoping Panera listens to their guests.

Had a bad review on here for a while, decided to fix it today. Talked to the manager this morning and he fixed some of the issues I had. Still would like rapid order to actually be in the time frame they say or at least within 20 min of order but the food is great.

Always love your coffee. But I hope you pay your people more than $7.25 an hour because they do work very hard !!?

Really Iiliff Panera??!! I can't stand this location, but I go to it because it is closer. Every time I order something my order is always wrong. I used to work for Panera and I know how accuracy is supposed to be #1 and speed. I ordered an oatmeal with extra cinnamon crunch and NO pecans! My oatmeal was first of all very lumpy because it had been over cooked in the microwave too long... all you have to do is hit the correct number on the microwave. Secondly, I got a MASSIVE pile of pecans on my oatmeal and hardly any Cinnamon crunch topping. Thank God that I don't have a nut allergy, but I am not able to eat nuts because I have braces on. Again, you failed me miserably. I think this is the last time I am giving this location another chance. Don't worry I took pictures too of the nuts and the receipt. I posted them below in the comments. I am not one to complain and this is actually my first review. If there was an option to give no stars... Iiliff location.. you would have received none!!
