Review Champions Sports Bar - Aurora

I ordered the Spicy garlic wings-there’s no sauce! When I called to complain the manager with her trash attitude told me that I can bring them back to get sauced as if the food won’t be cold by the time I drive there and back !

The waiter was very friendly once he recognized us. Wings are very small. I did not want any sauce and there was no season on the wings. I did not like the sauces offered. It was not very crowded. Restrooms could have been cleaner. Need more staff to help wait on tables and keep the restrooms and tables clean. Our table was very nasty. Prices are somewhat fair. Drinks come in a small/short glass verses tall, so they add up quick. There were 2 fights involved with one of the workers. This was my first time in this place. I was told about a shooting that occured some time ago. I was with a friend who goes all the time with her husband. It was good to get out. Just not sure if I am going back at the moment. Where is it safe these days?

Good food and atmosphere. Best time for wings is sunday morning when the fryer has fresh grease..... 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾However, not cool to make you payover phone for pickup orders. What if being around bar is not good for you but you like the wings.. Called to place an order sat on hold for 20 min only to walk in to a 'servers needed' sign and 6 servers gathered around the bar not working or taking my call. Also said to have some racial undertones. Republicans definitely here. Been comming here for years but true colors show a lot more since the pandemic. Wings still good but service has go e WAAAYYYY down... 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Avoid this place at all cost. Not only did our waiter NOT card us before serving alcohol, but we were also overcharged. When we requested to speak with a manager, it took over 30 minutes, and DANNY/ DANNIE… the white guy with glasses and poor customer service, told us f*ck us and our requests. If the receipt says we ordered something, then we ordered it. I cannot wait to speak with the owner, Jim, and Aurora police regarding Challenger’s poor business practices and blatant disregard of the law for liquor sales.

This place has gone down hill. I ordered wings and was sick for about 3 days, food poisoning!! The food was good 10 years ago, also the staff was very rude to their customers. One waitress with long braids was the only one that had good customer service. They lost my business

I’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s progressively gotten worse and worse took 30 mins for the new server to even notice us after she did notice we’re there she decided to be on her phone instead of coming to take our order I had to go up to her to ask if we could have our order taken she said sure then proceeded to stand on here phone for 15 mins before coming over she took our order in a very rude attitude. First drink didn’t come till another 20 mins later so I had been sitting for an hour before my first drink. Mind you there is only 4 other tables with people in total with probably 15 at most in the entire bar. She came back another 30 mins later to check we ask for the second round and food and it took another 30 mins for the drinks and food. We only ordered two chili cheese fries and one order of mozzarella sticks. Honestly ridiculous I used to love to come to this place on weekend buts it’s fallen into chaos I wouldn’t want to come here again after this one experience despite coming here for over a year

I called placed a to go order at 5:35, was told 15-20 minutes. Showed up at 5:55 and was told a couple minutes. Didn't get my food until 6:15. No one says sorry, offers a drink, anything. Just rude customer service and when I ask where my food is the old lady at the bar looking at me like im crazy for wanting to know the status of an order I placed 40 minutes ago. Other people walking in and out with their orders. One came back in saying it was wrong. Like a mess and no care on the world about my time.

I went here trying to get some wings , no one ever bothered to take my order . I waited for 15-20 mins & no one even came by . One of the waiters was just on her phone . So I got up & left . Horrible service man .
