I don’t know if anyone who reads this is a Chipotle fan or not…. I use to be a huge fan, but the food quality and items became very inconsistent and I quit getting Chipotle. I have seen the advertisement’s on television about the upgrade in quality of ingredients and newer items - I must say that the food is so much better than I remember in the past 3-4 years that I haven’t eaten their food. Everything tasted fresh and crisp. I got the grilled steak bowl and woofed it down quickly.
I will be a regular at Chipotle again. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I hateeee to leave a bad review especially for a place like chipotle but I’ve gone to this location multiple times & have been disappointed each trip. Mobile orders are never ready on time or even within 15 minutes of the estimated time. Quesadillas aren’t made like other locations: barely any cheese, dry, etc. If you want chipotle maybe try a different location! I thought it may have just been a bad day or an imperfect batch of orders but each time it’s never a good, efficient experience. sorry!!!

The food here is great! But trying to get them on the phone is a joke! I spent 10 minutes arguing with their automated phone system and finally got through and the girl just hung up on me mid question.

Hey Chipotle fans if you don't know by now Chipotle has raised their burritos from 7$ to $10 so just beware but we will pay what is great and delicious love my Chipotle

The color of your skin make a difference on how they treat you it very uncomfortable that if the guy in from its white they king and the portion its bigger but if the one behind its a mexican they treated you so difference mean and uncomfortable

The food isn't very hot (temp not spice, but that too). This seems to be an issue at all the locations I've been to. They literally wrapped my burrito as I paid for it, I took it to the car, unwrapped it and it was luke warm. Food needs to be kept at better temperatures.

They need to learn how to package their food for delivery... Queso bursted all over the inside of the bag coating the bowl and chips and then got my table all dirty.

Busy, good food, the tables could be wiped down a little bit more often. Yet, totally understand with employee shortages. I take what wipes with me for fast food locations.
