I just left Burger King at what should be the beginning of lunch. My food was cold and the fries weren't fresh. This is not acceptable for nearly $25. I want a refund.

In all fairness, most FF chains offer identical menus and similar service. This BK is no different. But, gotta say, their new Ch'King sammy is pretty good. I got 2 to go (added lettuce and tomatoes) w/ lg onion rings. These are by sight larger than KFC's and McD's sammys. Also, the Impossible Whoppers from this location is pretty good and were well packed - they almost looked like as-pictured in ads. Now that's pretty good for to go.

Usually they are fast and efficient. I put my order in online before leaving the house. However, when I got there, they had a hard time with it. First they tried to give me the wrong order. Then someone else came out and said that they weren't doing breakfast anymore (I had ordered lunch). Then they handed me my food, but the wrong drink.
Maybe it was just the shift or they were shorthanded, but the drive-thru line was long and the picking up experience was less than optimal.
Food was fine though after it was all sorted out.

I like most of the other reviewers, have patronized this location off and on for many years. One thing for certain, the bad customer service is a given (they’re rude and unfriendly), also consistent is the food is almost never ready for pick up. There was a few decent times, when I was actually able to get Icees, since the other horrible location on 4600 Peoria St, Denver always said their machine was broken, but other then that, the food may or may not be fresh and hot. It’s so not worth coming here. I gladly go out my way to another BK that’s at least 5 extra miles away.

I grew up a few blocks from this location so I know it pretty well. During the daytime it's not to bad pretty slow. The real peculiar part is the close at 11 pm not 12. They look open lights on and drive thru menu on but the turn off the open sign and put a trashcan in the drive thru lane so you can't pull in.

Change the drive thru hours to 10:00pm or better yet, ‘whenever the lazy workers want to go home’. It is NEVER open after 10. If it is, one of the workers will say ‘the systems are down’ to get rid of the customers. Either shut the place down, employ better workers or change the hours.

This place is disgusting, breakfast sandwich was cold , cheese was not melted, mold on bread, bacon was salty and cold, coffee was terrible

Drive through take 5-10 minutes per car and they won't even take your order until the car ahead of you leaves with their food. Then they use a pole to tick the sensors into thinking they serve cars faster than they do.
