Update: took one bite of the crust to find ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE!!
I was told this stuffed crust looked like this because it was fresh dough and she wrapped it tight; seriously where is the cheese!

Tonight Was A Very Busy Night, At Little Caesars, However, Cashier Erica, Was Outstanding. She Exceeded Expectations, Only Cashier In A Busy Tireless Lobby Full Of People. She Was Very Helpful, Compassionate, Conscientious, And Professional. Great Example, And Knowledgeable. Good Overall Place To Visit. I even witnessed a male Threatening her life she handled that situation the best she could due to the inability to understand her manager. I waited over an hour for my pizza and she made sure I got an additional crazy bread for my wait.
I don't know why there is only one cashier but she cleared the lobby as fast as she could. And did her best to.console all 15 of us atleSt waiting for orders.

The pizza was great! I purchased the extra most bestest thin crust pepperoni @$8.99 but was charged for a thin crust cheese and then charged another $1.96 for pepperoni. I should not have been charged this way. The menu shows that the thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni is $8.99. I was over charged. Also would like to know why no one answers the phone at this location? Or why there is no option to use a gift card when ordering online? I was very frustrated that I could not order by phone or online.

I went to the facility today get some pizza for my kids. As I was going to place my order two ladies in front of me cancel there order one by one. I was wondering why the First Lady said I would not feed my babies that. It did not make sense at first but when I noticed the teenager handling the food play fighting and you can see saliva coming out of one of them mouth. I was like bye. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Montbelo location is actually better and faster. This location pretty much needs better management especially when you have unsupervised teens working in the back with no structure.

It’s honestly super frustrating! Went in for a hot and ready. They said they had a deep dish ready so I said I will take it (I was in a rush). They make me pay and then tell me it’s gonna be out in 15 minutes. Like??? I wait for 15 minutes and the place is full of people just WAITING for their orders. The cashier kept walking around asking everyone for their orders. Did they lose every single order?!

Ordered online. Never got my ready email. Went inside a few minutes after it should have been done. Couldn't understand the girl at the counter as she mumbled about what the holdup was. Waited 20 MORE minutes before she acknowledged me again. Basically, I waited a total of 30 extra minutes only to get home and find there was no Batman calzone but instead a sausage pizza. Half an hour standing around and the order was wrong. Seems this location has only gotten my orders right once... EVER.

Haven’t gotten pizza here for a while because it had been awful, tasted like rewarmed from yesterday Decided to try it again. When my husband got there they said they had no order, even though I had ordered on line, paid for it, and received 3 emails saying it was ready. After much conversation the “found it” it wasn’t the right pizza but tasted okay. The customer service is horrible here. We will be going the extra distance from now on to Buckley and Quincy. The are so much better.

Employees at this location are completely unprofessional! Inappropriate conversations loud enough for customers in the lobby to hear and forgetting customer orders. Pizza was cut into bigger slices on one side and significantly smaller on the other, as well as crust size being thick on one and thin on the other. Would rather go to a different pizza place and pay a few dollars more but have a better atmosphere for customers.
