I suppose when u allow children to run and manage an establishment the expectations should be low . 48 dollar icecream cake never made no follow ups no call backs never answering phone head into store in person no ideas as to where it is why it wasn’t made no one calls back ect missed moment and over priced poor customer service … oh well keep the 48 dollars then what a disappointment

I was there on Saturday (3/6) at about 1230 pm when a family came into the store with no masks on. The manager cleary saw them and alsondid not enforce the mask mandate. Totally unacceptable as there are 2 signs clearly on the entrance doors. For a couple of bucks your store disregarded the health of everyone else. Plus everything that family was touching which was everything, was not sanitized by any measure.

Came in at 9:30, 30 minutes before closing and intending to give them a decent tip for coming in late. When me and my 2 brothers walked in they were sitting on their phones doing nothing and told us that they were closing in five minutes. I asked them about the store closing at 10, and they said they had to do “inventory”, but from my experience, that job is done after closing in case of late customers. Also 3 love it ice creams with no toppings costs 20 dollars, we still left a 5 dollar tip.

I've been to this location several times. Each time I've had good service and good ice cream. The staff has great recommendations for treats. The inside is very clean. There are cups available to drink water from the water fountain, and coloring sheets for the kids that aren't available at all other locations. This location is consistently excellent at meeting my expectations.

This location varies on their willingness to accept Groupon vouchers. One girl was very sweet and accepted the Groupon. On Friday, the night before Halloween, both girls clearly did not want to be working, were rude to us, and wouldn't accept our Groupon, stating, "Our owner is really strict about that stuff." They need consistency in their message and employees that don't hate their lives.
