Review Carl's Jr. - Aurora

I haven’t been here in a long time and that is my mistake. I got a Gold digger double cheeseburger combo with bacon. The bacon double cheeseburger also had a gold BBQ sauce on it. The fries were right out of the fryer- crispy and crunchy with just the right amount of salt…. Fries are very good at Carl’s Jr. and and Ice cold Coca Cola to wash it down. The service was great. I would highly recommend Carl’s Jr. for Lunch or dinner.

I went there at 8:30 p.m., tried their hand breaded chicken sandwich and a Carl's super, hopefully the pictures accurately represent my level of disappointment with what showed up I know it's a unreasonable expectation for the food you order from a fast food restaurant to look anything like the pictures they have on their menu boards, but come on... The size of the piece of chicken on all that bun made me think of the old, "where's the beef?" Commercials from my childhood. It tasted a little better than it looked but not a lot, I get the sense the burger would have been pretty great had it been fresh. If asked if I was willing to wait 5 or 10 minutes for a fresh cheeseburger my answer would have been a resounding yes, instead I got that dried out stuff. If you run a restaurant, if you get to a point where you think it's acceptable for the quality of your food to fall off because it's closer and closer to closing time, close earlier. I'd be willing to bet the cheeseburger that I got at 8:30 p.m. doesn't look anything like what a cheeseburger that comes out of that place at 11:30 or 12:00 looks like, but I sure didn't get a discount on mine.

I don’t come to Carl’s Jr. that much because their way to over priced . Especially when you ask them to make sure things aren’t on the burger. Asked for no mustard no mayo and no freaking cheese and I got all three. I am lactose intolerant and now I am not able to eat my burger so that was pointless to even go buy anything from you guys

Decided to try the new Gold Digger Chicken Sandwich tonight. I don’t know if this “less is more” approach to condiments on their sandwiches is a practice specific to one specific cook or the entire location. But this is the fourth time I have ordered from here and received lackluster food because someone decided to be stingy with the condiments. Given that it costs $23 for two of these sandwiches and two regular waffle fries, you’d think they could afford to at least make the quality of their food commensurate with the price. This is highly disappointing. On another note, mad respect to the gal who was holding down the front line and a busy drive-thru BY HERSELF. I guess if they can’t afford to provide an acceptable amount of sauce on their sandwiches, it’s safe to assume that they wouldn’t part with the money to hire and/or keep enough staff to keep the drive-thru from backing up around the parking lot. Management at this place needs to het their heads out of their azzez and start paying attention to their customers or they will never go above three stars.

Terrible customer service the lady taking our order wasn’t talking to us and was very rude our order was wrong and we paid we tried to ask them but they closed the window. The meat was over cooked and everything was just bad :(

We got 4 double hamburger's to go. We started eating when I noticed it was raw. Come to find out all 4 were undercooked. We called corporate & ended up getting that stores district manager. I give 3 star's because of her. I will change it when I try them again. You see she sent four meals to replace our bad order. Hoping for the best.

I always enjoy a good burger and Carl's never disappoints. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Place was clean and well maintained. I don't order them, but the chicken is really really good. How do I know? My daughter orders them every time, always more than she can eat and I always get at least one tender from her leftovers.

The Western Burger that was delivered was not fresh. It did not taste well at all. This is the first time that this hamburger did not come up to Carl’s Junior high standards.
