If you want something specific, ask if they have if BEFORE you hand over your money, because they don’t tell you that they are out of something. They will take your money and make you wait in line for 10 minutes before telling you they are out of an item that you have already paid for. And they won’t offer a refund; instead you will be asked what you want instead.
Today they forced me to substitute 3 items from my order. Out of 4, making it a meal I didn’t want but was forced to pay for.

Nice clean healthy food. It depends on the worker to the friendliness of customer service. They open every day until 2 pm. Unfortunately, I do not remember open time. Breakfast is served all day. Check it out.

Great food from early morning to one pm, just wish they relocated to the SE mall area for more business and longer hours. I'd go for breakfast or lunch or dinner lol. Get the farmhouse bagel but replace the bagel with jalapeño bacon cheddar b bagel for real goodness.

This is our primary Einstein's that we go to on the weekends for a special breakfast. Their curbside pickup is awesome, really organized. The app is a great option to minimize contact and make quick orders and refer back to previous ones he's made, but there's no way to enter a comment or substitution. I can't have cheese now so I order through the app and then call to request they removed on sandwiches for example. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and I'm grateful we have this location so close to pop by for something special, especially these days we're special things are hard to come by. Thank you so much!

Just stopped in at 9:15 on a Sunday…and they are already out of Everything Bagels? So clearly they ARE NOT baked fresh all day? Ordered one of there many unpopular bagels they had tons of, and it did not come out toasted. Disappointed.

I was disappointed today when I was informed that the only smoothie available now is a strawberry banana smoothie. I preferred the mixed berry smoothie because I don't like bananas.

I used to work for Einstein's as a store manager and I endured as many menu changes and corporate directives as I could, no matter how ridiculous or impossible they were to execute in Denver's busiest location, not including the airport. Eventually, as the food quality began to suffer, the customer experience declined, and the labor demands increased, and pressure from a DM that stopped by once a month to chastise our staff regardless of the positive customer feedback and sheer volume of sales, I had to step away. Today, you were redeemed when I tried the two egg country breakfast bagel. Real eggs, bacon, ham, and a hash brown bagel. Well done. The employees however, still look exhausted and overwhelmed.

Going downhill especially the bagel with a HUGE glop of butter we discovered when we arrived home. That was today. Yesterday the cream cheese that was supposed to be on the side was loaded with cream cheese VS what was requested.

Very disappointed. Had a turkey bacon avocado, minus the avocado on onion bagel. They put avocado on it and I only had the spicy tomato spread on like 2 bites. Didn't send it back due to them being very busy. I had been dying to try it for awhile and was very happy when we finally remembered there was one close. What a way to ruin a morning
