This is a nice place to grab a snack. I got the almond pretzel which was both savory and had a little sweetness to it as well. I usually notice alot of people lined up at this location every time I come to the mall to do a little shopping. Service was fast and friendly.

Now I KNOW y’all aint busy enough to treat people how I was just treated. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited at the counter for 3 minutes before the employee who was standing in front of me acknowledged me. Then, it was like pulling teeth trying to get my order. The worker demanded to see my phone after I already said the name on the order twice. It doesn’t state this on the app’s instructions, she was acting like I was trying to steal a pathetic pretzel. Very rude and obnoxious, clearly doesn’t prioritize customer service

Horrible. Everyone was standing doing nothing! Jimmy and Michelle are the managers from what I was told. Need a new crew. Took forever cashier had no help.

Claims they only make regular pretzels .. they close at 8 it was 6 they had NOTHING ready.. I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to make anymore but either way .. not great !

Waited on a strawberry Lemonade Frost and three salted pretzels for almost 20... Cashier gave away two lemonade frosts orders 15 minutes after I ordered mine. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Loved this Auntie Anne's! Had a little mix up at first but the lady there made it right and I left satisfied! Loved piggin' out on my two cinnamon sugar pretzels

The staff here are very rude and have no interest in pleasing the customers. We are sad to say we won't be back here until you hire better staff, if at all.
