Jubilee Roasting Company

I’ve had Jubilee on my list to visit, but every time I wanted to go it was closed. Craft coffee and being a night owl don’t mix well. Today the stars aligned and I was in Aurora early enough to visit. Let me tell you the wait was worth the coffee. The shop is charming with seating, outlets, and that bright airy aesthetic that lets you be creative. Parking is limited to the street, but that’s city life. I ordered an iced dirty chai latte. It was the perfect balance of spice/sweetness with the added bonus of an espresso shot!

Walked in and literally said "I have no idea what I want. I have 9 bucks to my name and need the biggest strongest thing i can get." Within minutes I had the most delicious drink I've had in a long time, and even after a small tip, came in a few bucks under budget. The lady was very friendly and upbeat. Perfect interaction. You guys just stole a customer from the mermaid people. 🤣😂 and honestly, as great as the drink is, it's probably 25% that, 25% price, and 50% that lady making me smile when I was having a bad morning! I wish I caught her name because she deserves a raise. If her higher-ups see this I'll gladly walk back and get her info. You need to hire an entire crew like her! (You might have I only interacted with her, but still.)
