Tokyo Joe's

It is very disappointing that its come to this, but I am compelled to leave a review of the very negative experiences I've recently had with Tokyo Joe's. Firstly I'd like to say that, as a bodybuilder, this has been my go to place for over two years. I loved this place, but they have completely lost my business, I'll do my best to outline why. First of all, out of the last 6 times I've been to this location, 4 of the orders have been wrong. It seems like the service and overall atmosphere has been going downhill, and tonight confirmed my suspicions. I came in and placed a very simple order to go for me and my brother. The order took a total of 27 minutes to complete; no one else was in line, the restaurant had very few people in it, and there were 4 employees at the front with 3 cooks in the back. Within those 27 minutes, I witnessed employees putting on makeup, texting up front where customers could see, and one employee actually dropped an order on the way to the table, all in front of us. They all had a generally careless and negative attitude and acted like they didn't even want to be there. Once I received the order, out of habit I checked it to make sure it was correct, and sure enough they left an entire meal out. Once I brought it to there attention they somehow had it sitting around in the back. In conclusion, this restaurant has become extremely disorganized, completely impersonal, is in a generally disgusting state, and terrible at providing their service within a reasonable time frame. I never thought I would be writing this review for Tokyo Joe's, but I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.
