Qdoba Mexican Grill

I went in today to get some chicken nachos, the guy was really nice but he only did one little scoop of nacho cheese. When I got to the cashier I told her that was really little nacho cheese and she told me they can give me more but they will charge me for it. I’ve gotten chicken nachos from other qdobas and they always give more than one scoop of nacho cheese and never charge extra what kind of chicken nachos are these. The cashier was rude too, I’m pretty sure she was a manager. Rude service

Ordered online. It wasn't ready when I got there, but I don't mind waiting. Unlike the one on Buckley, they didn't leave my food sitting off to the side to get cold while they waited on other people. Customer service was great, they even offered me a drink while I waited. I declined, but it was a very nice gesture. I think these guys need to go train the staff and manager on Buckley!

While I love Qdoba today I had a very unpleasant experience. The guacamole was brownish which I know happens after a day but I have never had it happen at a restaurant, the tomatoes in the salsa were mushy and oldand the fajita veggies were also old and tasted odd. This location used to be great but recently it has declined w the quality of food. I have never had a bad experience at Qdoba and have always had fresh veggies but I won’t be visiting this location again. Thankfully there is a Chipotle close by!

We’ve gone to this location 3 times in the last 7 months and each time was a disappointment. I waited to leave a review because I hoped it was just an off day but I think that’s just how it is there. Went in today to order 2 quesadillas and chips and queso. Took more than 15 minutes from start to finish and they literally fell apart when I finally got home to eat them. The 2 kids working the front didn’t seem like they’d been properly trained and it doesn’t seem like there is a cohesive system in place of how to work the line/register and you could tell on their faces how confused they were. They were very nice kids though! The woman working the entire back cooking section by herself had to come up and work the register, finish orders and clear screens to try and help because the line was backing up. I worked at a Qdoba in college and I know the overall experience should be faster and more efficient. Whoever that woman was who was cooking and running the line/register deserves a raise because she was basically doing the job of 3 people at once during dinner time. We will more than likely go to a different location even though it’s farther from our house from now on the next time we want Qdoba. Huge bummer.

This Qdoba has the worst employees I have ever dealt with. They're rude and not helpful. I ordered online and when I received my order I did not get all of my items. Was not a big deal until I called to request a refund for the items I did not receive. The staff refused a refund and stated they are out of that item and told me only the manager can submit a refund. I requested to speak with a manager and they refused to put the manager on the phone. I asked for the managers name they refused to provide it. I was told I had to come in to the restaurant a few days later when the manager is available but would not give me the managers name so I knew who to talk to. I asked for a corporate number and they refused to provide it. This incident happened 2 days ago and I have not received any refund. I called the help line on the website and still have not received a response either. I spent about $53.00 in one order and the refund for the items is over $10.00 . I love Qdoba but I will never oder from the Peoria location again. 😔💔

I had gotten the chicken quesidlla and the lady working there turned the burnt side down thinking it would not be noticed but it had burnt smell and my daughter did not even eat it. I don't understand why she couldn't just make a new one or at leasted cleaned it before putting more on there. I will not be going here anymore.
