Waffle House

Waffle house on Mike Padgett is by far the worse waffle house I've ever experienced, they never pick up for call in orders. I've come to order at times and the whole night crew is outside together smoking. They are rude and the customer service sucks. I'd love the corporate number to report the night staff.

Bathroom is Gross.... Sat at the bar in front of the grill for five minutes without being spoken to... Then, an older lady with a dry attitude told me "The reason you are being ignored is because this section is closed. There will be a booth open before long." My server was nice and the food was good.

We came in, the server had told us it would be about 10 minutes because the grill wasn’t ready. Got our drinks and ONE waffle, and she ended up leaving without informing us. Secondly, we waited about 30 minutes before a server even got to us and we had to ask to order food while a handful of people were just sitting on their phones. GREAT SERVICE and will not be coming back.

My boyfriend and I came in for his lunch break. We ordered food to go. I ordered a two egg and bacon meal (something similar to that name) it should have came with toast, eggs, bacon and hash browns. I asked for and extra side of hash browns instead of eggs. So I should’ve received 2 sides of hash browns, toast and bacon. Instead all I received was one side of hash browns and a side of bacon. Still paid the full price because we didn’t feel like arguing and my boyfriend had to get back to work. The cook was very confused and kept having to ask the other girl working what the order was.
