If I could give this location 10 stars I would solely for the Assistant Manager Derek. He is an absolute gem, is so kind. We have yet to have any issues with our orders and he definitely keeps the line moving quickly. Every time we have come and he is on location the crew seems even more cheerful. The food is always fresh and like I said this location had yet to biff any of our orders.
Would recommend this location to all of our Augusta CSRA location.

Soooo, apparently robots are filling in for worker shortages? Or is this just a thing now? Like the new normal? A robot took my order, and it went pretty smoothly.
Ummm, well, I’m just curious as to whether these robots will become school teachers, doctors, companions… 🤔 idk.
The food was fresh and delicious. A human came to the window and handed me our food. It seems that there were only 2 humans working. 🤔

The employees are outstanding and nice. I'm not sure why the walk up window is so slow to get your order taken and then to you but I waited 20 minutes total from the time I walked up to the order window until I received my drink. Now the drive thru is absolutely quick and reliable.

Two stars because the staff were great, honestly, very nice and friendly.
It was the first and only meal I had that day.
I didn't feel feverish, sick, or pained in any way, but I wasn't more than 5 feet from the toilet until 3am...
Maybe check.your lettuce and do some spot cleaning? Wash your hands? I dunno...
I'm pretty religious with the sanitizer, so I don't know what happened.

I had to order through an automated menu which took forever. I get to window they had someone else's food, which my husband opened and touched the food to make sure it was correct...... but of course it wasn't he gave it back 20 minutes later......... we finally get our food. They even left the other bag sitting there and added more food to it..... so someone ate something that was touched on by a stranger. Plus an employee at my local restaurant charged my debit card for my food and then another $20. They pulled the tapes and saw her pocket the money.

Do you have an iron stomach that can handle a rotten milk or a bread with mold on it? Then this fast foodie is for you. I got a chicken bite box and the taste wasn't too bad. The fries were probably made fresh too since it was piping hot. However, after 40 minutes or so, my stomach started hurting and I had diarrhea every 10 minutes. Then, I started feeling very ill to the point I felt very cold and I had to lie down for a while. I haven't had this kind of illness for a long time, I find it funny that not even taco bell gives me this much trouble. I highly recommend steering away from this location if you don't want to have a bad day.

My friend are fresh at every location and I've never had a bad customer experience even with Rallys. Now y'all wait time is why y'all didn't get the full five, I think waiting is apart of all y'all stores. If y'all could get better at that y'all would be five stars!!

Five stars for the Assistant Manager Derek, I am at the window now and I noticed that he was working alone. Not to mention he is extremely polite! Very admirable, what he is doing! I hope Checkers is compensating him for his dedication and diligence! Thank you, Derek!
