Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I only went to try out the Mac n cheese...wow! Popeyes hit it dead on the nail with this one. It tastes just like as if I cooked it from home. It had just the right amount of salt, pepper and I think they used that government cheese!!! That's the good cheese man. It was just everything. I couldn't stop eating it and I had the large. I didn't share not one bite. The photos is after I've eaten it halfway down.

Popeyes at the Grovetown location!!! I get it, this location just open so I expected a wait time. Its really ridiculous to wait 1 hr and 35 mins for spicy chicken sandwich/ popcorn shrimp combo / 2 piece spicy !!! Then I had to park because they forgot my lemonade!! I finally get home to eat then I have hair in my damn food. Just sucks! Hands popeyes at Fort Gordon location is the best.

The restaurant was in disarray and needed to be cleaned. A container under the counter for sugar had no lid on to protect the product and the outside of the container had stains on it. The counter top where food is processed looked quite dirty and nobody looked interested in cleaning it. Food quality was ok.

I don't know if this is a on going problem or not but I went to order some chicken I waited at least 30 minutes before someone took my order. That was with me being the first one in line to order. Then I waited another 15 minutes then I requested a refund. I don't know exactly what the problem was but they were not get the food out. They had chicken I know while I was there they had someone waiting on spicy chicken strips longer than me. I got my refund and left. Hopefully it is not a on going problem.

The lobby floor was slippery. The bathroom floor was sticky. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go. The chicken filet was nearly folded in half, a "U" shape, and no pickles. By the register there was a note to all employees. It read, clock in on time or you will be "wrote" up. I'm not saying management can't manage effectively, even though the appearance of the store says they can't. I'm saying if they can't get proper tense of a word correct, are they really able to manage effectively?

The worst possible experience if I ever encountered. These people had me waiting in line for over 50 mins to get to the ordering intercom at 9:58 to not say anything. I have worked in customer service all my life and I have never been this upset or had this experience. I recommend that you DO NOT go this Popeyes. Save your time and energy and go get service elsewhere. I even waited after closing just to see if anyone would acknowledge me and the 3 cars behind me for waiting in line so long to not even be told we are closed. No one came to the window. When I passed the window they were in there cleaning up?! Ugh! The most disgusting service ever! I will make sure everyone within my circle gets this word out. We pay you guys for service like this! Nope! Wont happen on my watch.
