Vallarta Mexican Restaurant

It was my husband and I 17th year anniversary and we wanted to just hang out im town until our trip at a different restaurant. It was nice and pleasant. The waitress was great and she made us feel at home. We love visiting different places in town and out of town and this is a place we could and will visit again. The food was great, the prices decent the, and the atmosphere was calm.

Today was my absolute worst experience with this restaurant. I like the food, but the service was horrible. We were sat down, given drinks, chips and salsa. That was it. We had to ask, several times, for someone to take our order. Ask if our order was coming because she took an hour and a half to get it to us. The waitress never refilled our drinks, didn't give us any extra napkins, we had to beg for those. To top it all off, she never brought us our check. I'm not a thief, but I could of left and no one would of noticed. This is what I get for breaking my own rule. Lesson learned.

I’m impressed! Food is delicious and beautifully served! So tasty, hot and flavorful! Ill be back and expecting it to be just this good! We ordered the carne asada taco plate, and don pollo, also their queso with beef which was very generous. Their price is a good value and portions are generous! #winning

All good as long as you don't go to restroom. They will toss your food and blame you for leaving table. That's what happened to me. Been going here for years and tip very well EVERYTIME. Imagine the insult to travel from Oklahoma and visit your usual place to be treated in such a disgusting manner. Never again. They upated this place on the inside so it looks much better! I had stopped going due to aesthetics and cleanliness. This was my kids fav Mexican spot when they were growing up. My niece and I went o. A Sunday after 4. It was not very crowded and services was great. Our server was friendly and attentive and the food was great. We got burrito Cancun which used to be a gav of mine but I'm not sure of the new recipe. It has pinto beans in it but it wasnt bad, a sampler which was good and a carnitas dinner with no beans to go. They gave us beans anyway but they cooked them right. I look fwd to going back
