If 0 was an obtion I would choose 0. The manager there is so rude and disrespectful. You cannot have your phone while placing an order even though the lady behind the counter you cannot even hear her. She's very rude yelled at me to get off my phone and said that her staff would be written up for being on their phone. I am not your employee. I have the freedom to be on my phone and I have the freedom not to choose to go to this location. This manager should be terminated and has the worst leadership. The place was dirty and the staff look like they need to clean themselves up.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I stopped here on my way back home and asked for a meatball sub. I didn’t feel welcomed at all in this store, no one said hi how are you, no smile just attitude. I said thanks before I walked out and didn’t hear nothing back. Anyway the meatball sub was good I guess but the whole sandwich kept falling apart. That never usually happens when I order meatball subs. You’re better off somewhere else tbh.

The manger/lead team member was very rude. They didn’t have any effort while putting together me and my families subs!! Manger made slick remark about how many people were entering the subway. I think this place should be shut down due to Disrespectful staff and lack of employees. This place will most definitely be my last resort if I ever want subway out if Augusta GA again!!

While my sandwich was good, Employees at this store did not seem happy. I felt as if I was an unwanted intruder. There was no "hello" or greeting and no "thank you" at the end of my transaction. Both Employees had bad attitudes and were not friendly at all. Will not be going back to this location for a while.

This is my second time going to this location the first time I went to this location was about 2 weeks ago there was a light skinned african american lady with glasses who I seen stocking chips, sweeping the floor wiping down tables and chairs I mean really keeping it together, as soon as the store got busy she would stop what she was doing to go help her co-worker She was very clean she washed her hands before putting on gloves and started helping make sandwiches . Her sandwiches were a little bit sloppy but she apologized and let me know that she was new so that was understandable. However, this time around I noticed that there was dirt underneath where the chips are it hasn't look like they swept the floors and there was a African-American lady with short blonde hair and a gold tooth who is just very rude. I asked her if she can please switch gloves because she had been outside talking to a male companion or friend whoever he may be and she instantly caught an attitude this Subway is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. They are very disrespectful and very rude and they are unsanitary. they need more people like the one that they were training two weeks ago shoot maybe y'all need to make her the manager instead of the one with the gold tooth

just left this location and will not be returning. the black lady that was working is completely unprofessional and has the worst attitude. my boyfriend and i walked in and i was unaware on what the rest of my family wanted so i stepped back and let him order first. i called to get their orders and once i got off the phone i told her i was ready. i was still holding my phone to my ear listening to a voicemail that someone had left and she said “let me know when you’re ready”. i then responded that i was ready and she rudely responded “well your still on the phone and there’s a sign right there”. the sign said something about not taking orders over the phone, which was not the case. i then told my boyfriend we are leaving because i was not listening to her attitude and she said “you don't have to, bitch” as we walked away. i refuse to ever let anyone in a work environment speak to me that way when i’m a paying customer. according to all the other reviews on here, that employee should have been fired a long time ago.

03/20/22 @ 4pm. I order 3 footlong subs for pickup. The ingredients in each sub are completely mixed up and missing standard ingredients. Like my chicken bacon ranch is missing bacon and ranch …..! Like really???
