Checkers

What I ordered is on the receipt. First time I got the burger with cheese. Fries were perfectly fresh. I took the burger back to get it remade, second time no cheese but had mayo. While the staff was friendly and attempted to correct my order and even gave me extra fries with the second burger. I ended up only eating fries, because I didn't want to try a 3rd time. I heard the lady taking my order say no cheese no mayo and my ticket also reflects that. So perhaps they are short staffed not sure. But they do have potential. Had the staff not been polite I would have rated much lower. Everyone makes mistakes...but being rude ain't excusable.

We don't have these in Texas so i tried for the first time. We waited for 30 minutes just to talk at the window. I think the man was training somebody. I ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich, but I wasn't going to go back and get it fixed. The funnel cake fries were great and so was everything else even the sandwich I didn't order.

Their burgers are more expensive and smaller. The counter we picked up the food from was very dirty there were nets stick all over it. The wait time was awful again they must be using the excuse ohhh we are short staff after the pandemic...Checkers was a mess. The only great thing was the worker lady she never had an attitude even though as one person she had to serve the two drive thru sides all by herself and still serve the walk ins....It was around 9pm still no excuse for having short staff...

Fish sandwich was oily wilted lettuce. Chili dog were the only items fresh and chili was awesome . My first time trying it. My spouse recommended it over Cookout. She was right. I always have a wait and often have to pull into a parking spot for them to bring my food. Once the wait was 45 mins to place an order because they were understaffed. I went elsewhere.

Rude employees. I stand at the order window for 19 mins without anyone saying anything to me even though they all saw me. The window was slightly open so I asked are you not taking order at the walk up window? The acted like I was invisible. I walk away and they shut the window completely. Horrible!!!
